Deskundige praktijk; na het stoppen met werken van mijn vorige implantodoloog, verwees hij mij naar Trailcenter. Vakkundige implantodoloog die zonder veel bombarie een 'angstige' klant kan geruststellen. Vakkundige assistentes en servicegericht balie medewerkers. Goede informatie en nazorg.
Super tevreden over trail centre. Ze geven je goede info en stellen je op het gemak voor een behandeling. Ging de eerste keer met knikkende knieën. Maar het viel reuze mee
Slecht in communicatie en zeer clientonvriendelijk. Dit heb ik nimmer ergens meegemaakt.
Zelf enorme angst voor alles wat met tandarts te maken heeft. Na jaren toch aangedurft om een implantaat te laten zetten. Ben hier super geholpen duidelijke uitleg de tijd genomen aangehoord en begripvol behandeld. Mag dan misschien prijzig zijn maar kwaliteit moet nu eenmaal betaald worden. Team Trail super bedankt. Aanrader voor iedereen die twijfels heeft hier ben je op het juiste adres.
Zeer tevreden over de benadering voor, tijdens en na de behandeling van plaatsen implantaten, groot compliment voor alle medewerkers op die afdeling. DANK JE WEL.

Hier worden je banden lek gestoken en je ventieldop wordt ook meegenomen door een medewerker als je een minuut op de parkeerplek staat
Fijne praktijk. Ik heb geen ervaring met andere implantologen maar inmiddels ben ik hier de afgelopen 15 jaar al meerdere keren naar tevredenheid behandeld, initieel door Bert en later door Steven Rademacher. Plaatsing van enkele implantaten alsook 2 x per jaar een bezoek aan de mondhygiëniste. Deze week weer goed en snel geholpen met een onverwachte breuk (1,5 dag voor onze vakantie 🤦....) en ondanks de vakantieperiode/bezetting werd er toch (extra) tijd vrij gemaakt zodat ik alsnog met een hersteld gebit op vakantie kon gaan. Mijn speciale dank aan Anke, Jill, Nives en Monique voor al hun extra effort in deze!👌
Steven Rademacher is erg professioneel. Luisterd goed, neemt de tijd en is vakkundig. Nicole Ouwehand en Patricia van der Mierden waren erg vriendelijk. Ook de verdoving is door beide erg goed gezet en geen last van gehad. Mocht ik ooit nog een implantaat nodig hebben ga ik zeker hier terug!
De botheid en onvriendelijke bejegening zijn ongehoord. Geld i.p.v. een dienstverlening. Hoofdinteresse is geld en patiënt komt veeel later of niet aan bod.
Zeer teleurgesteld, doordat de slagboom van de parkeerplaats niet werkt wordt je zomaar terug naar huis gestuurd met de mededeling maak maar een nieuwe afspraak. Nou....ik ben not amused over zo'n gang van zaken
