للأسف، تجربتي اليوم في العيادة كانت مخيبة للآمال. شعرت أن أسلوبي لم يُفهم بشكل صحيح، وتم التعامل معي بطريقة سببت لي إحراجًا واضحًا. أتمنى من العيادة مراجعة أسلوب التواصل مع المرضى، لأن الاحترام والإنصات جزء أساسي من بناء الثقة مع المرضى
Ich bin normalerweise sehr ängstlich beim Zahnarzt, aber hier habe ich mich wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Behandlung war komplett schmerzfrei und es wurde sehr einfühlsam auf mich eingegangen. Der Arzt, Dr. Hammush war sehr freundlich und geduldig. Alles ging schnell und ich hatte eine sehr kurze Wartezeit. Auch die Zahnarzthelfer*innen waren sehr freundlich. Kann ich vor allem für Angstpatienten absolut empfehlen.
