Sie war sehr sorgfältig, hat mir geduldig erklärt, wie man richtig putzt, und mir preiswerte Zahnseide empfohlen. Ich habe mich wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ich habe kürzlich eine professionelle Zahnreinigung in dieser Zahnklinik beim Frau Mahsa Moazen machen lassen und bin absolut begeistert! Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Praxis sind unglaublich herzlich und schaffen eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Zahnreinigung selbst wurde äußerst gründlich und dennoch sanft durchgeführt. Die Dentalhygienikerin hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um mir den Ablauf zu erklären und ist auf all meine Fragen eingegangen. Sie war sehr präzise und hat dabei stets darauf geachtet, dass ich mich wohlfühle. Das Ergebnis war beeindruckend: Meine Zähne fühlen sich nicht nur sauberer, sondern auch glatter und gesünder an.
Wer geht schon gern zum Zahnarzt?! - ich 😉 Seit ich Frau Guan als „meine“ Zahnärztin gefunden habe, gehe ich gern und entspannt zum Zahnarzt. Empathisch-Modern-Handwerks(Kunst). Alles wird gemeinsam besprochen und entschieden. Ich empfehle Frau Guan von ganzem Herzen (Freunde von mir nehmen Reiseaufwand in Kauf 😉)
Für mich ist Frau Guan die beste Zahnärztin, die ich je hatte. Und ich war (auch in anderen Städten) bei einigen und musste dort immer auch wieder den Eindruck gewinnen, nicht eine wirklich gute Leistung für mein Geld zu bekommen. Ganz anders hier! Nie zuvor habe ich einen Zahnarzt kennengelernt, der so stark Wert auf den Erhalt von Zähnen legt, wie sie. Handwerklich arbeitet sie perfekt, mit ruhiger, behutsamer Hand. Jede Arbeit ist hervorragend. Ich kann die Praxis nur empfehlen.
Bin nun schon seit mehreren Jahren Kunde und nach wie vor absolut zufrieden. Eine moderne Praxis mit sehr freundlichen und absolut kompetenten Personal. Sehr zufrieden bin ich, auch im Vergleich zu anderen Zahnärzten welche ich besucht habe, mit Frau Alexanders Arbeit bei der Reperatur und Wiederherstellung meiner Zähne.
Ich kann mich den sehr positiven Bewertungen hier nur anschließen. das Team ist supernett und kompetent. Ich musste noch nie warten und fühle mich sowohl ärztlich als auch menschlich sehr gut aufgehoben in dieser Praxis. Bitte weitermachen, genau so. Danke schön!

Diese Klinik ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Ich kam 5 Minuten zu spät, und sie weigerten sich, meine halbstündige Behandlung durchzuführen. Beim letzten Besuch musste ich jedoch 10 Minuten auf den Arzt warten. Den Bericht meiner ersten Zahnuntersuchung hat der Arzt einen Monat lang nicht geschickt, trotz wöchentlicher Nachfragen per E-Mail. Sie verschwinden einfach. Schlimmer noch, sie sagen Ihre Termine kurz vor dem Termin ab. Diese Klinik ist unzuverlässig, unpünktlich und unfreundlich. Sie haben mir den Behandlungsbericht nicht zugeschickt und meine öffentliche Versicherung verschwendet. Sehr enttäuschend! 这个诊所的服务非常差劲，绝对不推荐！我迟到了5分钟，他们就拒绝为我进行半小时的治疗。而上一次我到诊所时，医生却迟到了10分钟。第一次看牙的诊疗报告医生拖了一个月都没发给我，我每周发邮件询问，却被完全忽视。更糟糕的是，他们甚至会在预约临近的日期取消你的预约。这个诊所不仅没有信用、不守时，还不善良。不给我发诊疗报告，浪费了我公共保险的费用。非常失望！ This clinic is absolutely not recommended! Worse yet, they cancel your appointments close to the appointment date. This clinic is unreliable, unpunctual, and unfriendly. They didn't send me the treatment report and wasted my public insurance funds. Very disappointing!
