Frau Sterl ist eine hervorragende Zahnärztin mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen und fachlicher Kompetenz. Ich habe mich von Anfang an bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders positiv: die ruhige, angenehme Art, mit der sie auch kompliziertere Behandlungen erklärt und durchführt. Die Praxis ist modern ausgestattet, das Team immer freundlich und gut organisiert. Wer eine Zahnärztin sucht, bei der man sich wirklich ernst genommen fühlt, ist hier genau richtig!

Ich bin mittlerweile schon seit fast 10 Jahren Patient bei ZA Peter Lutz. Seinerzeit auf eine Empfehlung meiner Mitbewohnerin. Ich mache dort auch meine Prophylaxe regelmäßig. Bis jetzt war ich immer zufrieden. Meine Füllungen halten bislang deutlich länger als prognostiziert, was wohl auch für seine gute Arbeit spricht. Gerne noch dafür sorgen, dass man bei doctolib auch direkt Kombitermine (Zahnreinigung + Kontrolle) buchen kann! Aktuell müsste das ja noch analog gemacht werden.
Unfreundliches Peronal, obwohl ich Patient in der Praxis bin, habe ich , trotz starker Zahnschmerzen, keinen Termin bekommen. Auch auf mehrfache Nachfage war da nichts zu machen und ich wurde oberlehrerhaft belehrt. Auch die professionelle Zahnreinigung ist sehr teuer. Die Zahnärzte selbst machen einen guten Job, sofern man denn einen Termin bekommt.
Ich war vor einiger Zeit da, und obwohl ich bei einem speziellen Beratungstermin ausdrücklich gesagt hatte, dass ich eine budgetfreundliche Konzeption haben möchte, wurde mir dann (ein Mitarbeiter der Krankenkasse, der für den Heil und Kostenplan zuständig nimmst) ein Luxuskonzept vorgelegt. Scheint ja der neue Trend zu sein, dass man die Leute mit aufgeblähte oder ich würde sogar sagen falscher Beratung in die irre führt, das ist nicht nötig und entspricht keinem ärztlichen Ethos
Ausgezeichnete Praxis, gute und sehr kompetente Zahnärzte, die es verstehen, zu beruhigen und sich sogar einzufühlen. Ich hatte eine Mini-OP und war sehr sanft mit mir und meinen Schmerzen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, kann ich nur empfehlen.
Ich war heute als Notfallpartient in der Praxis. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und Herr Schröder hat sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Hatte praktisch keine Wartezeit und die Behandlung erfolgte sehr professionell. Ich kann diese Praxis sehr empfehlen
War mit dem Zahnarzt zufrieden. Die Rechnung der Prophylaxe entsprach allerdings nicht zeitanteilig meiner Dokumentation. Ich empfehle Behandlungsdauern genau zu dokumentieren, um überhöhte Rechnungen zu vermeiden.
Unfreundlicher Empfang, das haben auch andere schon gepostet! Ist ziemlich auf edel getrimmt und daher auch sehr hohe Preise! Ich bin da nicht zufrieden.
