Besonders Frau Aydin hat mit ihrer großartigen und präzisen Arbeit so lange perfektioniert, bis ein wunderschönes Lächeln entstanden ist. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ich war vor ein paar Wochen zur Kontrolle und professionellen Zahnreinigung dort. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett und hat mir gleich erklärt, wie alles abläuft. Die Prophylaxe wurde richtig gründlich gemacht, ich hatte das Gefühl, es wurde sich Zeit genommen. Fand ich sehr angenehm.
Nachdem mir von mehreren Zahnärzten gesagt wurde, dass ich einen Knochenaufbau benötige, haben Dr. Zelener und Dr. Sapiro eine Lösung gefunden, um den Knochenaufbau zu vermeiden. Die neuen Zähne sitzen fest, sehen super aus und ich bin echt happy! DANKE and das tolle Team!
Die Praxis hat ein eigenes Labor, dadurch ging mein Zahnersatz total schnell. Die Passform war auf Anhieb perfekt, brauchte keine großen Korrekturen.
Musste mir ein Implantat setzen lassen und hatte im Vorfeld viele Bedenken. Im Beratungsgespräch wurde mir alles detailliert erklärt, auch mit Bildern und Modell. Die Behandlung selbst war viel entspannter, als ich dachte, alles unter Vollnarkose
War für eine Füllung da und hab ehrlich gesagt kaum was gespürt. Wurde vorher gut betäubt und mir wurde alles erklärt. So stell ich mir Zahnarzt vor.
Sehr nettes Personal, moderne Praxis und schnelle Terminfindung mit nie mehr als 5 Minuten Wartezeit. Ich wurde jedesmal von Dr. Abramov behandelt, sehr zu empfehlen. Die Behandlungen verliefen jedesmal ausgesprochen kompetent, ruhig und nahezu schmerzfrei. Das gesamte Personal nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit für die Patienten, ist freundlich und sehr zugewandt. Ich empfehle die Praxis sehr!
War zum ersten Mal dort, weil ich umgezogen bin. Der Zahnarzt war freundlich und hat mir Schritt für Schritt erklärt, was er macht. Endlich mal jemand, der sich Zeit für einen nimmt.
Ich war letzte Woche das erste mal zur Kontrolluntersuhung in der Praxis bei Herrn Abramov. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass der Doktor sich extra Zeit für mich nimmt und genau schaut, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Auch super nette und transparente Kommunikation über die weiteren Behandlungsschritte. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
Ich kann die Praxis jedem nur empfehlen, das Team ist sehr freundlich und kompetent und der Herr Dr. Abramov macht einen sehr guten Job. Alles in allem die beste Zahnarztpraxis, die ich bisher besucht habe.

Ich kann die Praxis nur weiter empfehlen , ich habe mich sehr aufgehoben gefühlt vorallem bei der zahnreinigungs Dame, Frau Hanisch sie mach ihren Job richtig und beantworte alle jeglichen fragen die ich hatte . Sie fragt auch ob die Zähne sensibel sind falls ja das sie achtsam um geht um Schmerz zu vermeiden .
Sehr guter professioneller Arzt, trotz nur einer kleinen Stelle am Zahn, wurde direkt nur diese Stelle geröngt, um Karies auszuschließen oder zu finden. Die Behandlung erfolgte danach umgehend und das Team ist sehr freundlich und kompetent
Habe super schnell einen Termin bekommen. Der Zahnarzt hat sich viel Zeit für mich genommen und mich ausfühlich beraten - Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden. Komme jetzt mindestens 2x im Jahr zur Zahnreinigung vorbei!

Dr Zelener is one of the best dental surgeons I have had in my 50 years. Professional. Quick. And zero pain. You can see the difference with someone that has extensive experience.
Total rip off! Charged for NO treatment. I needed urgent help and was pleasantly surprised that they accepted me (spoiler - good clinics don’t have free time). So I came with tooth pain and dr Abramov was very nice and caring and suggested to make an X-ray since he couldn’t find the problem, so we did. After that he just told me that we should check all other teeth, even though I didn’t ask for it and explained again the region where the pain is but he said it’s a standard procedure. Anyway I was nervous there because everything there looked like 50 years ago cabinet, and his Assistent was very impatient. Dr thought it’s coming from other tooth, close to painful and said I shouldn’t touch it now and should go to my previous doctor to check previous treatment (eventually it was the tooth with pain and was treated in other clinic in Berlin). Anyway until now all good. I asked how much it is going to cost and he said around 40 eu but he is not sure (true). I came back few days later because I forgot my license and I wanted to pay already there. They charged me 20 EU and I left, no one said nothing else, the receipt says nothing! Then I get an invoice for 105 EU !!!! And they apparently took 10,72 for a phone consultation (appointment call?!) and they charged 42 eu for X-ray again and for this „check“ that he did for all the other teeth. And many more lines that I didn’t really understand for medical language. I was surprised since it makes no sense at all, but I couldn’t explain myself by phone and had to pay! This is crazy! Total rip off for no treatment at all. I won’t ever come back. Anyway, thank god they didn’t touch my teeth! But the bill… I thought maybe it’s the price for a check up? But I was wrong - eventually I went to NORMAL clinic and they took 120eu for ROOT canal and 2 X-rays. I am in shock, i am student and this is crazy money for me, for doing nothing. Just to take advantage for me not knowing how it works here.
Dr. Abramov is very kind and non-judgmental but this practise is the most unprofessional I've ever been to -- it's really shocking. I needed an imprint of my teeth made for a night guard and two of the dental assistants took turns doing it wrong four times, all while messing around and giggling. I was supposed to go back to pick up the night guard but received 10+ phone calls today with two unclear voice messages, one of which was one of the receptionists or dental assistants giggling and hanging up. They were calling only now to inform me that the imprint failed again. I asked if Dr. Abramov can take the imprint and I could hear the dental assistant complaining about me and refusing. Needless to say, I cancelled my follow up appointment and will not be going back there.
Dr Abramov has been my dentist for a while now and I followed him from his old dental clinic to the new one in Charlottenburg because of his professionalism, patience, kindness and the fact that I can trust him. I can definitely recommend him. Sometimes going to the dentist can be scary, but with him it's the opposite. He also speaks many languages - English, German, Hebrew and Russian and you can get an appointment pretty fast.
Tofik is the best dentist ever, kind and explain every step to me, but the other girls that working was a bit not professional. I’m still going to come back cause he’s amazing.
