Ich bin mit der Praxis und den Mitarbeitern sehr zufrieden. Die Behandlung von Frau Doktor Ruhm ist sehr gut. Man wird vor der Behandlung auch über alle Risiken der Behandlung informiert. Der vereinbarte Termin findet fast ohne Wartezeit statt. Sehr tolles Team.
Ich kann die negative Bewertung überhaupt nicht verstehen, ich bin selbst seit Jahren Patient in dieser Praxis und wurde über sämtliche notwendigen Behandlungen immer bestens aufgeklärt und beraten, zumal jede Behandlung auch nur mit Zustimmung des Patienten begonnen wird. Also von mir immer 5 Sterne !!
Sehr schlecht die Ärztin Maria manova... Ich war nur wegen Füllung da sie macht einfach ohne mein Erlaubnis einen wurzelkanal Behandlung jetzt ist mein Zahn kaputt wegen ihr. Übrigens macht nie Wurzelbehandlung das ist schlecht für eurer ganzes Körper die wollen nur Geld. Es gibt Naturheilprodukte benutzt immer das nie das was Die Ärzte euch verschreiben alles nur Gift.

Diese Praxis ist einfach super. Ich bin dort seit 1989, da praktizierte noch Dr. Unrath. Auch nach der Übernahme durch Frau Ruhm und Praxispartnerin bin ich sehr zufrieden. Alle sind sehr freundlich und sehr kompetent. Frau Ruhm ist einfach Spitze und versucht alle Möglichkeiten zur Zahnerhaltung auszuschöpfen. Auch nach meinem Umzug in den Norden von Berlin nehme ich den Weg gerne in Kauf. Ich kann diese Zahnarztpraxis wärmstens empfehlen.
Schnelle Terminvereinbarung, freundliches Personal und eine Zahnärztin die detailliert erklärt und auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse eingeht. Ich war und bin immer sehr zufrieden!
In einem anderen Praxis wurde mir empfohlen meinen Zahn zu entfernen mit der Behauptung, dass es die einzige Lösung ist. Sie haben sofort aufgegeben ohne Versuch den Zahn zu retten. Das hat aber wunderbar Dr. Matunova geschafft! Eine sehr qualifizierte Spezialistin! Dankeschön!

Einfach eine traumhafte Praxis sowohl die Mitarbeiter sind sooo unglaublich herzlich, als auch Frau Ruhm die sich die Zeit nimmt und sich unglaublich viel Mühe gibt, schmerzfrei durch die Behandlung zu kommen!!! Gehe schon viele Jahre in diese Praxis und kann sie nur weiterempfehlen . Wenn ein Zahnarzt dann immer hier. Es sollten sich einige Zahnärzte ein Beispiel an dieser tollen Behandlung nehmen.
Super Zahnärztin, angenehme Atmosphäre. Nettes kompetentes Praxisteam. Allerdings in Corona-Zeiten war ich doch entsetzt, dass beim direkten Patientenkontakt keine FFP2-Maske getragen wird. Ich arbeite selbst im medizinischen Bereich und finde es vorsichtig ausgedrückt, fahrlässig dem Personal gegenüber. Der normale Op-Mund-Nasen-Schutz ist hier nicht ausreichend!!! Zahnarztbehandlung und Prophylaxe sind die am stärksten exponierten Gefahrensituationen beim Übertragungsweg überhaupt. Sicherheit muss hier vor Kostenminimierung gehen.
Ich war schon bei einigen Zahnarztpraxen vorher, auch schon schlimme Erfahrungen gemacht, aber hierher komme ich gerne wieder . Allesamt freundliche Mitarbeiter, kurze Wartezeiten, gute Beratung und die Zähne sind dannach auch top. Kann ich nur bestens empfehlen

Tolle Praxis, sehr modern und sehr nette Ärzte und Angestellte. Auch für Angsthasen sehr zu empfehlen. Man gibt sich größte Mühe, dem Patienten den meist unangenehmen Grund des Besuches, so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
Gehe eine kleine Ewigkeit in diese Praxis, war schon beim Vorinhaber Dr. Unrath. Das Team ist eine Wucht, ich möchte keinen hervorheben. Ich gehe hier zum Arzt als auch zur Prophylaxe. Klare Empfehlung!
Für Prothetik weitestgehend inkompetent. Einfachste Wünsche von diesem Personal nicht zu realisieren. - Dazu auch erstaunlich kalt, kurz angebunden und unfreundlich. Die Ablehnung war wie ein Rauswurf.
Beste Zahnärztin die ich kenne. Sehr kompetent und einfühlsam. Da geht man fast gern zum Zahnarzt. Es sollten sich andere Zahnärzte ein Bespiel nehmen.
