Am liebsten Minussterne wenn das ginge.
Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Bei meiner Wurzelbehandlung wurde ein kompletter Wurzelkanal übersehen bzw. vergessen. Erst durch den Wechsel in eine andere Zahnarztpraxis wurden sowohl der fehlende Wurzelkanal als auch eine bereits bestehende Entzündung erkannt und mit Antibiotika behandelt, was 1 Woche unerträgliche Schmerzen mit sich trug.
Zusätzlich wurden falsche Rechnungen ausgestellt – und das mit einem Verzug von ganze 7 Jahren, was ich als äußerst peinlich und unprofessionell empfinde.
Auch die Organisation war mangelhaft: Röntgenbilder waren zunächst nicht auffindbar und wurden erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen verspätet an die weiterbehandelnde Zahnarztpraxis weitergeleitet.
Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend, unzuverlässig und absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

1 Stern für die kommunikative Inkompetenz von Marius Radtke und 5 Sterne für die fachliche, welche ich als Gesamtbewertung aus folgenden Gründen wieder abziehe. Ich, jahrelanger Patient, hatte Mitte des Jahres eine Wurzelbehandlung und erhielt völlig überraschend eine Rechnung in Höhe von über 200€. Ohne Absprache. Einfach so. Als ich völlig verwundert anrief, wurde ich über meine „Mitwirkungspflicht“ aufmerksam gemacht. Ich muss wohl stets fragen, was wie viel kostet. Rechnung wurde natürlich storniert und ich bin als Patient nicht mehr erwünscht. Hätte der Herr Doktor während der Behandlung ausnahmsweise mal seinen Mund aufgemacht, wäre die Rechnung bezahlt worden. Außer einem Hallo und einem Tschüss kommt jedoch nichts. Er hat es versaut und ich muss mir einen neuen Zahnarzt suchen. Sehr schlecht, anderseits aber auch gut.
