Ich bin seit 19 Jahren bei dieser Praxis. Frau Heise geht sehr individuell auf ihre Patienten ein, hat viel Erfahrung im Umgang mit ängstlichen Kindern. Man hat hier wirklich das Gefühl, dass das Wohl des Patienten hier an höchster Stelle steht. Und speziell für Kinder gibt es sehr liebevoll ausgewählte Spielzeuge. Meine längste Wartezeit war 20min, meist sind es sogar nur 10min.

Frau Dr. Heise empfand ich als unzuverlässig und stets Inkompetent. Abgesehen davon, dass ich sehr lange warte Zeiten beanspruchen musste, obwohl ich einen Termin hatte, wurde meine Behandlung in die Länge gezogen, was natürlich mit den Kosten verbunden war, dazu noch war die Behandlung sehr unqualitativ, sodass ich am nächsten Tag vor starken Schmerzen (obwohl mir zuversichert wurde, dass die Behandlung Bzw. Zähne in einem gutem Zustand sich befinden) mich erneut der Praxis wenden musste. Es hat sich rausgestellt, dass die von Ihr „gemachte“ Krone rausgeflogen ist.
Die Kosten für die erneute Zahnbehandlung, wollte Sie von mir erneut einziehen, obwohl es Ihre Schuld war. Zusammenfassend würde ich Sie niemandem weiterempfehlen!!!
P.S. könnte man minus Sterne vergeben, hätte ich dies auch gemacht.

Sehr unzuverlässig! Ich habe einen Termin morgens um 9:45 gehabt (Praxis öffnet um 9:00) und mir wurde gesagt, ich müsste 60 bis 90 Minuten warten. Man hat sich nicht mal dafür entschuldigt. Auf meine Nachfrage hin, ob man mich nicht hätte anrufen können (Telefonnummer und E-Mail-Adresse liegen vor) wurde patzig geantwortet: „Dafür haben wir keine Zeit!“ Scheinbar geht man hier davon aus, dass der vermeintlich dumme Patient sich werktags spontan Stunden Zeit nehmen kann. Einfach nur dreist!!! Leider ist das die Regel, denn beim ersten Termin gab es auch schon lange Wartezeiten. Wozu vergibt man dann eigentlich Termine?
