Ich bin nicht so gerne beim Zahnarzt. Es lies sich aber nicht vermeiden, aufgrund eines Notfalls… Ich hatte am Donnerstag angerufen und hatte direkt für Freitag einen kurzfristigen Termin erhalten um 8:30 Uhr. Ich kam sofort dran. Die Ärztin war super lieb und emphatisch. Sowie auch das gesamte Team. Auch noch ein extra Stern, da mein Vater Hausbesuche erhält die laufen immer reibungslos ab. Vielen vielen Dank 🙏🏻
Liebe Patientinnen und Patienten, Für die Rezensionen meiner Praxis möchte ich mich bedanken, für Lob - aber auch Kritik sofern sachlich und begründet. Notfallpatienten ohne Termin müssen leider manchmal warten - werden aber selbstverständlich behandelt. Wartezeit entstehen deshalb, weil andere Patienten oft Wochen vorher bereits Termine gemacht und ein Recht auf deren Einhaltung haben. Bitte planen Sie während der Vormittagsstunden etwas Zeit für die Parkplatzsuche ein. Termine, die Sie nicht wahrnehmen können, sagen Sie bitte rechtzeitig vorher ab damit wir diese weitervergeben können denn sonst müssen wir Ausfallzeiten in Rechnung stellen was wir unbedingt vermeiden möchten. Patienten, die weder rumänisch, englisch, deutsch, türkisch oder russisch sprechen, mögen bitte einen externen Dolmetscher mitbringen - Sprachprogramme vom Handy sind kein ausreichender Ersatz. Wir machen auch Hausbesuche - aber mit Termin und Voranmeldung um nicht vor verschlossener Tür zu stehen. Wenn es Ihnen bei uns gefallen hat, sagen Sie es gerne Anderen. Wenn nicht, sagen Sie es uns. Zahnarzt top. Die Dame am Empfang absolut unfreundlich und genervt von allem. Ständig gestresst und lässt Patienten dies auch spüren. Sie sollte besser im Hintergrund arbeiten.
Super super Zahnartz... ich als Angstpatientin kann ihn wirklich jedem empfehlen. So liebe und nette freundliche Zahnartzhelferinnen und die Zahnärzte auch alles so nett und einfühlsam. Daumen hoch 👍
