Tolles Team, einfühlsame Behandlung. Ich war letzte Woche in der Zahnarztpraxis zur Behandlung. Das Team ist super lieb, ich wurde herzlich empfangen. Die Behandlung war prima. Ganz in Ruhe wurde ich aufgeklärt. Bei der Behandlung wurde gut auf mich geachtet und eingegangen, da ich ziemlich empfindliche Zähne habe. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
In der Zahnarztpraxis von Christina Napoli und ihren Mitarbeitern und Teamkollegen* innen haben meine Familie und ich uns sehr wohl und fachlich sicher betreut gefühlt. Die Ärztinnen sind super freundlich und kompetent. Die Atmosphäre in der Praxis zu uns Patienten als auch zwischen dem Praxisteam ist sehr herzlich und offen. 👌👍
Kann ich nicht empfehlen. Behandelt minderjährige Kinder ohne Vollmacht der Sorgerechtsberechtigten und dann auch ohne Amnesebogen. Lässt die Behandlung von Dritten genehmigen. Dann wurde anscheinend eine Zahnreinigung und Versiegelung durchgeführt. Nach 3 Monaten bei einem anderen Zahnarzt, kann dann die Ernüchterung. Da kam keine Reinigung stattgefunden haben. Das Kind hat Zahnstein und der entwickelt sich nicht innerhalb von 3 Monaten nach der letzten Reinigung bzw in dem Umfang. Entschuldigung von der Praxis kam bitte aufgrund einer medizinischen Behandlung ohne die Vollmacht beider Eltern. Schade sehr schade! Und dann noch die Ernüchterung mit der Behandlung, die wohl auch nicht richtig durchgeführt wurde. 2 Nachfragen in der Praxis nach einer Vollmacht wurden von der MFA verneint. Zusätzlich verweisen, dass das deutsche Ärzteblatt sowie Haufe daraufhinweisen eine Behandlung darf nur erfolgen wenn ein Elternteil dabei ist. Frau Napoli verweist selbst in ihrer Begründung das der Großvater dabei war. Das stimmt auch nicht ganz, es war noch eine Frau anwesend, die mit dem Kind nicht verwandt ist. Großvater und die Damen dürfen laut Ärzteblatt und diversen Rechtsportalen keine Entscheidungen treffen. Hier muss ein Arzt/Ärztin sensibel darauf achten. Des Weiteren muss man vorher nachfragen, ob das Kind bei einem anderen Kollegen schon in der Behandlung ist. Als neue behandelde Zahnärztin muss man vorab die Einverständniserklärung beider Eltern einholen wenn nicht einmal ein Sorgerechtsberechtigter anwesend ist. Bei solchen sensibeln Themen sollte man durchaus sich als Arzt/Ärztin richtig absichern.
Frau Napoli ist eine super Zahnärztin, sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und nimmt sich die nötige Zeit alle Fragen zu beantworten. Ihr Team war sehr professionell und die Praxis ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Update: 12/2024 Wegen einer großen Lücke im Mund, habe ich die Zahnarztpraxis Napoli aufgesucht. Nach einer fabelhaften Beratung über Möglichkeiten eines Implantats waren meine Bedenken und Zweifel beseitigt. Frau Napoli und ihr Team arbeitet sehr professionell, sodass ich nun ein neues Implantat ohne Schmerzen erhalten habe. Vielen herzlichen Dank 😊
Zwei gesunde Zähne verpfuscht!!können nicht gerettet werden. Und nur auf Geld fixiert,lieber fernbleiben. Es wurden in ihrer Praxis 2 Füllungen gemacht und prompt ging es los.was sie schreiben stimmt überhaupt nicht.ich war lange Patient obwohl meine Frau mich gewarnt hat.
Sehr sympathische, kompetente Zahnärztin, die einem zuhört und vor allem jeden Schritt erläutert und zeigt. Preislich war ich unglaublich überrascht über die wirklich fairen Preise. Zudem hat sie bei Notfällen immer kurzfristig Termine frei.

Meine Schwester wohnt im Brasilien und wir waren im Berlin zu Besuch, als ihre Prothese gefallen ist. Verzweifelt suchten wir Hilfe bei der Dr. Napoli, und sie hat meine Schwester am Wochenende behandelt. Sie hat extra für uns ihre Praxis aufgemacht, und das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Endlich schmerzfrei. Ich war vorher in einer anderen Praxis ( Dachgeschoß) in Tegel. Dort hatte ich nach einer Behandlung Schmerzen und konnte nicht mehr kauen. Mir wurde gesagt das wäre nur mit sehr teuren Inlays zu beheben. Also ertrug ich die Schmerzen acht Monate lang. Als ich bei Dr Napoli war konnte sie das Problem direkt beheben und ich habe endlich keine Schmerzen mehr. Manche Praxen wollen nur die Patienten abzocken diese gehört nicht dazu.
Ich fühle mich bei Frau Napoli gut aufgehoben und sie ist sehr freundlich und kompetent und selbst die Schwester finde ich cool. Kann die Praxis nur empfehlen.

Amazing first visit! I visited this praxis for the first time for an initial checkup, and I’m really glad I chose it. The praxis is very cool, spacious, and beautifully decorated with lovely paintings 🖼️ — such a pleasant atmosphere. The doctor was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She didn’t rush me at all, took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything in simple terms, and clearly guided me on what needs to be done next 😍 The reception staff were also very lovely and warm — you immediately feel comfortable when you arrive. Service is great! The dentists are very caring and attentive to your needs. The procedures are done in a very professional manner, appointment times are kept, and the prices are fair. It's a little away from the city center, but access by public transport is simple. They speak German, English and Portuguese, which helps a lot. Definitely recommend.
I've been a patient of Dr. Napoli for many years, and I am relieved to have found her in this city after a few unpleasant experiences with other local professionals. She’s not only highly skilled (trained in Brazil, which is excellent for this field) but also a sweet and empathetic person. I really trust her judgment and feel safe in her chair.
