Netter Empfang aber Behandlung nicht gut man wird nicht ernst genommen.. man sagt die füllung sei weg dadurch ein noch größeres Loch im Zahn.. man wurde nicht ernst genommen .. Zahnarzt gewechselt sie sah das Loch direkt und der Zahn muss wohlmöglich gezogen werden naja das was da noch von übrig ist

Ich war jetzt schon öfters in der Praxis und ich fühle mich dort echt sehr wohl. Bin eigentlich eher ein Angsthase was zahnärzte betrifft aber seit dem ich bei ihr Patientin bin ist meine Angst verschwunden. Ärztin + Personal kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen. Für mich kommt keine andere Praxis mehr in Frage. Und was mich am meisten begeistert hat ist das sie die Arbeit so gut es geht alleine macht. Man geht mit einem super Gefühl in die Praxis und kommt mit einem super Gefühl wieder raus. Bei Beschwerden wird sich schnell und sorgfältig gekümmert.

Die Praxis und das Team ist einfach wunderbar! Ich, als Angstpatient hatte über einige Jahre keinen Zahnarzt mehr aufgesucht. Durch die sehr guten Rezensionen im Internet habe ich dann dort einen Termin vereinbart. Frau Avendano ist absolute Spitzenklasse! Sie erklärt jeden Schritt und ist sehr vorsichtig. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und wirklich genial. Ich kann die Praxis in Eschweiler wirklich zu 100% empfehlen! Auch die Dame an der Anmeldung möchte ich erwähnen. Schon bei meinem ersten Kontakt am Telefon wurde ich sehr nett und einfühlsam behandelt. Das hat sich dann bei jedem Besuch wiederholt! Danke und Grüße ans Team... :-)

Bin schon seit 3 Jahren bei den Zahnarzt und gehe echt super gerne dort hin. Man wird lieb begrüßt alles wird gut und ausführlich erklärt einfach super.
Ich bin mit einem abgebrochenen Zahn als neue Patientin zum ersten Mal in Behandlung gewesen und habe direkt am nächsten Tag einen Termin bekommen. Dr. Sarrafzadegan war sehr einfühlsam und hat erklärt, wie der Zahn zu retten ist. Die Behandlung war dank einer tollen Betäubungslösung absolut schmerzfrei, hiernach hat er sich immer wieder erkundigt und vergewissert, dass die Ausführung absolut schmerzfrei für mich ist. Im Anschluss habe ich eine professionelle Zahnreinigung durchführen lassen. Die Zahnreinigung war hervorragend. Die ausführende Mitarbeiterin hat alles genau erklärt und die Zahnreinigung gewissenhaft und überaus genau ausgeführt. Insbesondere die Zahnreinigung kann ich hier wärmstens empfehlen. Traut euch, tut auch nicht weh 😅
Als Angstpatient fühle man sich gut aufgehoben, die ruhige und lockere Art erleichterte die Behandlung ungemein, auch die Zweigstelle arbeitet auf dem selben stand und , ja, kann ich weiterempfehlen
Für mich nicht zu empfehlen. Es stimmt das das Team sehr nett und zuvorkommend ist und gut auf Angstpatienten eingegangen wird. Jedoch wird man bei jeder Behandlung gefragt ob man über die Kassenleistung hinaus, für eine bessere Behandlung, Plombe ect., hinzuzahlen möchte. Auch wird schnell eine Krone , für einen Zahn der auch plombiert werden kann (Einholung eines weiteren Gutachtens bei einem anderen Zahnarzt), als einziges Mittel der Wahl angepriesen. Es gab noch mehr ungereimtheiten. Nach meinem eigenem sowie dem Empfinden meiner Familie, ist das Abzocke. Darum haben wir uns nach einem anderen Zahnarzt umgesehen.
Bester Zahnarzt ever. Hab Panik vor Spritzen - habe aber bei ihm absolut nichts gemerkt!!! Und er ist schnell, was bei Ängsten vor'm Zahnarzt auch gut ist.
Klasse, kompetenter Zahnarzt, klasse Team. Man fühlt sich jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben. Für mich uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. 👍
