Ich hatte heute morgen einen "Notfall " da ich mir einen Zahn beim Frühstücken abgebrochen hatte. Das Team ,wie immer,super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatte schon eine Stunde nach meinem Anruf einen Termin und mir wurde super geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür.
Am 24.09.25 suchte ich die Zahnarztpraxis wegen akuter Kieferschmerzen auf. Ich erhielt zunächst nur ein verschreibungspflichtiges Schmerzmittel. Dieses wirkte nicht. Bei erneutem Anruf am Tag danach wurde mir nach längerer Wartezeit von der Telefonistin mitgeteilt, der Arzt könne keine Injektion in den Kiefer durchführen. Auf meine verzweifelte Nachfrage, wie ich die Schmerzen über 72 Stunden ertragen solle, reagierte die Mitarbeiterin unfreundlich und wies mich an, sie „nicht anzumeckern“, ohne mir praktikable Hilfe oder Alternativen anzubieten.
Zahnarzt meines Vertrauens...gehe seit über 10 Jahren in diese Praxis...vor allem der neue Zahnarzt ist für mich eine Klasse für sich 💪Er und sein Team haben mein vollstes Vertrauen....Man wird super aufgeklärt... Die Behandlung ist unglaublich sanft und präzise...Hab mit meinen Zähnen leider schon so einige Erfahrung machen müssen... Würde den Doc niemals mehr eintauschen Auf viele weiter zufriedene Jahre mit euch Liebes Team Mein Sohn ist mittlerweile auch Dort Patient und genauso zufrieden wie ich selber
ich bin äußerst enttäuscht von meinem letzten Besuch in Ihrer Praxis. Offenbar wurde ein Termin vereinbart, von dem ich nichts wusste, während ich tatsächlich einen anderen gebucht hatte. Der junge Zahnarzt begegnete mir daraufhin mit einer respektlosen und herablassenden Haltung, die ich in dieser Form noch nie erlebt habe. Hinzu kommt, dass eine falsche Diagnose bezüglich meines Zahnzustands gestellt wurde, was das Vertrauen in die fachliche Kompetenz zusätzlich erschüttert hat. Ich habe mich inzwischen für einen Wechsel zu einer anderen Zahnarztpraxis entschieden, in der ich mich fachlich wie menschlich deutlich besser aufgehoben fühle. Ein derartiger Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Fehldiagnosen sind für mich inakzeptabel.
Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht warmherzig und sie arbeiten widerwillig, als ob sie kein Lächeln auf ihren Gesichtern hätten, sie helfen nicht, leider sollte niemand definitiv gehen ..!!
Diese Zahnarztpraxis ist katastrophal und die Mitarbeiter sind respektlos ich war beim Arzt und sie haben mir eine Zahn ohne Grund gezogen sie haben gesagt das sie es behandeln wollen aber haben dan mein Zahn ohne Erlaubnis gezogen.

Das gesamte Team ist äußerst freundlich und professionell. Dr. Dahmen zeichnet sich durch seine hohe Fachkompetenz und Sorgfalt aus. Er nimmt sich immer die Zeit, um alle Behandlungsschritte ausführlich zu erklären und meine Fragen zu beantworten. Dabei strahlt er Ruhe und Sicherheit aus, was mir besonders bei zahnärztlichen Eingriffen sehr wichtig ist. Termine werden pünktlich eingehalten und die Wartezeiten sind minimal. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Behandlungsergebnissen und habe volles Vertrauen in Dr. Dahmen. Nach einem Monat Wartezeit und trotz telefonische Vorankündigung, wurde erst Vorort gesagt das die Behandlung ausschließlich für gesetzliche versicherte Patienten gibt!!!

Bester Zahnarzt in der Umgebung! Immer äußerst präzise und nachhaltig in der Behandlung. Erklärt komplexe Sachverhalte anschaulich und kompetent. Habe bisher immer schmerzfrei die Behandlung verlassen. Seit knapp 20 Jahren, bin ich Patientin und komme immer wieder gerne, da sowohl Herr Dr. Dahmen als auch sein freundliches Team stets professionelle Arbreit leisten und sehr flexibel auf Terminvereinbarungen eingehen. Auch die preisliche Gestaltung ist der Leistung angemessen. Zudem sind die Räumlichkeiten modern, hell und stilvoll und tragen somit auch zu einer erfolgreichen Behandlung bei.
