GoogleDr. Katharina Konerding ist unglaublich geduldig, einfühlsam und aufmerksam. Sie hat sich viel Zeit genommen, alle meine Fragen beantwortet und ist immer auf meine Wünsche eingegangen, bis wirklich alles perfekt war. Trotz meiner großen Zahnarztangst habe ich mich bei ihr sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Auch das gesamte Team ist super freundlich und herzlich. Vielen Dank an Frau Dr. Konerding und ihr tolles Team!
Die beste Zahnarztpraxis, auch für gesetzlich Versicherte, die ich kenne. Sehr gutes Praxismanagement, weshalb man schnell Termine kriegt und vor Ort keine Wartezeiten hat. Die Behandlungen bei Dr. Bethge und Dr. Konerding sind immer sehr entspannt. Zudem wird hier sehr vorsichtig und weitsichtig gearbeitet.
Seit vier Jahren bin ich Patient bei Dr. Bethge mit div. Vorerkrankungen. Herr Dr. Bethge nimmt sich die entsprechende Zeit und erklärt in Ruhe die Möglichkeiten und Schritte zur Behandlung. Die OP´s verlaufen auch sehr einfühlsam und schmerzfrei, selbst im Anschluß im Heilungsprozess verspüre ich keine Schmerzen. Es ist beruhigend, einen so kompetenten und freundlichen Arzt an seiner Seite zu wissen. Mit Herrn Dr. Müller hatte ich ebenfalls kürze Gespräche und schätze ihn ebenfalls als angenehmen und kompetenten Arzt ein. Das Team um die beiden Ärzte sind immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Bei Frau Kleist fühle ich mich zur profesioneller Zahnreinigung ebenfalls sehr gut aufgehoben. Insgesamt eine tolle Praxis!
Ich habe neue Kronen bei Dr. Bethge bekommen und bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden. Die Praxis Müller/Bethge liegt schön gelegen in der Nähe einer Reihe von Hamburgs Wahrzeichen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Terminvergabe ging unkompliziert und zeitnah. Ohne Wartezeit wurde ich in den Behandlungsraum geführt. Dabei hat mich das gesamte Praxis-Team freundlich und professionell empfangen und betreut. Dr. Bethge hat mich während der Behandlung sehr gut beraten und alle meine Fragen ausdauernd und sachlich beantwortet. Die moderne Ausstattung der Behandlungsräume sowie die fachliche Kompetenz von Dr. Bethge haben den Gesamteindruck abgerundet. Ich komme gerne wieder und begebe mich guten Gewissens in die Hände des gesamten Teams. Vielen Dank für das tolle Ergebnis!
Bin neulich das erste Mal wegen eines abgebrochenen Zahnstückes auf Empfehlung dort gewesen und bin nicht entäuscht worden. Unkomplizierte Terminvergabe, pünktliche Behandlung fast ohne Wartezeit, sehr verständliche und ausführliche Beratung. Die Behandlung selbst ging fix und macht einen super Eindruck. Angenehme Praxis ... man fühlt sich sehr wohl – soweit man das von einer Zahnarztpraxis sagen kann ;-)
Ich kam mit einer entzündeten Backenzahn-Wurzel zu Dr. Bethge. Eigentlich hatte ich den Zahn schon aufgegeben... Dr. Bethge untersuchte den Zahn gründlich und behandelte ihn dann sehr präzise mit sehr modernen Instrumenten. Nach zwei Sitzungen war ich beschwerdefrei und bekam noch in der Praxis einen Aufbau für den Zahn angefertigt. Ich kann Dr. Bethge und die Praxis unbedingt weiterempfehlen!
Dr. Müller ist ein sehr kompetenter , einfühlsamer, humorvoller Mann. Bei meinem 10-jährigen Sohn musste leider zum 1 mal gebohrt werden und das dann auch noch bei einem fremden Zahnarzt im Urlaub in HH. Wir durften innerhalb weniger Stunden sofort vorbeikommen. Die ganze Praxis hat bei uns einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Leider können wir nicht jedesmal zum Zahnarzttermin nach HH anreisen. 😝
