Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, der letzte Laden, den ich noch mal betreten würde. Dreimal Termin vereinbart dreimal ohne absagen Angeblich ist die Ärztin krank für meine Begriffe sehr häufig krank. Die Aussage, das ist nicht mein Problem von der Arzthelferin.wir werden uns im Nächsten Leben wieder sehen!!!!

Meine Erfahrung mit dieser Praxis war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Ich wurde zu einem Termin eingeladen und habe dort rund 4 Stunden verbracht. Im Vorfeld wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dringend Personal benötigt wird. Im Nachhinein hatte ich jedoch stark den Eindruck, dass dies nicht der tatsächlichen Situation entsprach. Die Organisation wirkte auf mich äußerst chaotisch und wenig professionell. Lange Wartezeiten ohne klare Kommunikation haben meinen Eindruck zusätzlich verschlechtert. Besonders kritisch sehe ich die hygienischen Zustände, die auf mich nicht ausreichend wirkten – was ich in einer medizinischen Einrichtung als sehr problematisch empfinde. Zudem hatte ich den Eindruck, dass ein Großteil der Behandlungen von Auszubildenden durchgeführt wird, die noch wenig Erfahrung haben. Insgesamt hat dies bei mir kein Vertrauen geweckt. Alles in allem hinterlässt die Praxis für mich einen sehr unprofessionellen Eindruck. Aufgrund meiner persönlichen Erfahrung kann ich sie nicht empfehlen
5 Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig! Dr. Hala ist eine absolute Expertin – unglaublich professionell und gleichzeitig sehr herzlich. Sie hat eine sanfte Hand und wirklich „magische Hände“, man spürt kaum etwas während der Behandlung. Auch das gesamte Team ist fantastisch und sehr freundlich. Ich kann diese Praxis nur wärmstens empfehlen!
للآمانه اول مرا تجي تتعامل احسن معامله بعد ثاني جلسه يصيرو يزربوك بل غرفه 4 ساعات ولاً اسوأ من هيك بعد ممارسه معهم للعلاج سنه او اكثر من سنه ولسا ما خلصت حتى النجمه لو تنشال أشيلها ولا نص نجمه لهلشيً الشفتو وجربو امانه وبعد ما جربو أرجعو علاً تعليقي ورح تتأكدو من كلامي

Ich kann nur positives über die Praxis und dem Team berichten. Angefangen bei der unkomplizierten und sehr zeitnahen Terminvergabe für die Prophylaxe. Die Behandlung selbst war super. Das Team war immer darauf bedacht das es einem während der Behandlung gut geht und man sich somit auch gut aufgehoben fühlt. Die Praxis wirkt sehr sauber und hell. Ich habe mich in in vollem Umfang in gute Hände zu schätzen gewusst! 6 von 5 Sterne!!!!

I visited 'Dream Smiles' today because I had cavity. I had an amazing experience here. Staff was very friendly, supportive and super sweet. Even though, I couldn't speak German, they supported me very well till the end and treated my cavity. In Berlin, It is a blessing to find such a staff with zero < rudeness and bad attitude> who treat patient nicely. Strongly Recommended...!! ⭐️
A clinic you can trust ! It is new, clean and the treatment is comfortable. Dr. Hala Jazmati is very respectful and welcoming. Dr. Nisreen Khankan has been my doctor for more than 10 years and I trust her very much. The equipment is modern and there is a relaxing back massage that also calms the nerves for those who suffer from dental chair tension like me. Overall, this is one of the best clinics I have visited in Berlin.

Ich bin seit Jahren bei Frau Dr Yazmati in zahnärztlicher Behandlung und bin total zufrieden kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Jedesmal wenn ich dort in Behandlung bin geht alles problemlos Abdruck wird gemacht und nach einer Woche sind die neuen Zähne schon da. Eine super nette Ärztin und das Praxisteam genauso.
