Bi seit über 10 Jahren hier, als Anstpatient. Muss immer wieder feststellen, dass sie die besten sind. Insbesondere kann ich Frau Dr. Kretzschmar loben, da ich seit Anbeginn immer zu ihr gehe, trotz mehrmaligem Umzug und Entfernung.
Durch Zufall die bisher beste Zahnärztin, die wir bisher haben. Mein Mann ist absolut als Angstpatient einzustufen und hier fühlt er sich das erste Mal wirklich richtig gut aufgehoben. Frau Kretzschmar arbeitet mit so viel Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis wie wir noch nie wo anders erlebt haben. Vorher waren wir im Dentalzentrum in Pankow. Da wurde nur Rücksicht genommen, solange Geld zu verdienen war. Mit dicker Backe wurden wir abgewiesen und in die Notaufnahme geschickt. Dort sind sie bekanntlich nicht zimperlich. Der Horror für Angstpatienten. Aber wegen einer notwendigen Nachbehandlung am Wochenende, landeten wir glücklicherweise bei Frau Kretzschmar.
Beste Praxis, von A - Z. Frau Dr. Derdau und Frau Kretschmer als Zahnärztinnen sind super lieb und gehen sehr einfühlsam auf die Patienten ein. Aber auch Karina als Dentalspezialistin ist Klasse. Man kennt sich seit vielen Jahren. Jeder Einzelne ist nur zu empfehlen!
I was seen by Frau Derdau Jr! I cannot recommend this Praxis enough, everyone from the reception to the doctor were very kind, professional and non condescending. Frau Derdau Jr listened patiently and treated the problem well. I would wholeheartedly make this my default dental station.

Es gibt wahrlich angenehmeres, als zum Zahnarzt gehen zu müssen. Aber wenn das so schnell und professionell geht, immer wieder. Krone sitzt perfekt (nicht die aufm Kopf), dafür ein dickes Danke an Herrn Hoeft. Auch Angstpatienten zu empfehlen.
Sehr zu empfehlen! Ich war noch nie bei einem so guten Zahnarzt. Ich habe sehr zeitnah einen Termin bekommen und wurde sowohl professionell als auch freundlich und hilfsbereit behandelt.
Nach meinem Umzug suchte ich einen Zahnarzt in meiner Nähe, da ich unter Zahnschmerzen litt. Kurz gesagt, ich bin sehr zufrieden, mir wurde schnell geholfen, das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und auch auf die Hygiene (bzgl. Corona) wird penibel geachtet. Ich würde jedem Menschen, mit gutem Gewissen, die Zahnarztpraxis weiter empfehlen und bleibe auch für die Zukunft Patient dieser Praxis.

Also!!!! Jedem Angstpatienten kann ich diese Praxis wärmstens empfehlen. Und ich weiß wovon ich rede. Das ganze Personal ist nett, einfühlsam und überaus kompetent. Ich war lange auf der Suche. Jetzt endlich angekommen. Zwar bin ich jedesmal aufs Neue nervös und Ängste übermannen mich, jedoch wird dies ganz schnell vom Praxisteam weggezaubert. 😊

Ich gehe regelmäßig zur Prophylaxe und hab auch andere getestet.. das Personal von Frau Derdau wirkt am besten Ausgebildet. Hab sehr viel erklärt bekommen und bin immer happy mit dem Ergebnis. Meine Tochter geht zur extra Kinderprophylaxe die es gibt. Kann ich alles nur empfehlen.

Frau Dr. Derdau ist eine sehr erfahrene Zahnärztin, die sich für Ihre Patienten *Innen viel Zeit nimmt. Sie ist sehr gründlich und hat mir umfänglich und verständlich die notwendige anstehende Behandlung und mögliche Alternativen erläutert. Ich wurde vor Behandlungsbeginn auf die Möglichkeit einer schmerzfrei Behandlung hingewiesen, welche ich jedoch nicht in Anspruch genommen habe. Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Patientin in der Praxis und immer sehr zufrieden. Alle Mitarbeiter*Innen sind sehr freundlich, es ist eine entspannte Atmosphäre und die Praxis verfügt über eine sehr gute und moderne Ausstattung. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert.
Die Praxis wurde mir von einer langjährigen Patientin empfohlen. Ich kam als "Notfallpatient", weil mir etwas abgebrochen war und wurde sogar nach eigentlichem Sprechstundenende noch rangenommen. Ich fühle mich in dieser Zahnarztpraxis absolut gut aufgehoben. Sehr freundliche Sprechstundenhilfe, starke Ärztinnen und bisher nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Sie geben mir ausführlich Auskünfte über meine Fragen, sind geduldig und verständnisvoll. Sie nehmen auch Rücksicht auf Ängste und Unsicherheiten eines Patienten. Top!
Leider nicht so doll. Wirkte etwas routiniert. Der Erinnerungsservice, der mir aktiv angeboten wurde, hat gar nicht funktioniert. Fühlte mich nicht richtig aufgehoben. Und leider hatten zwei Freunde dort ernsthafte Probleme, die von einem anderen Zahnarzt behoben werden mussten. Deshalb gehe ich dort nicht mehr hin. Bei mir gab es aber keine solchen Vorfälle.
