GoogleDie Praxis und das Personal waren einfach super! Ich wurde sehr toll beraten und fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Zahnarzthelferin, die die Fotos und den Gebissscan gemacht hat, war einfach super! Es hat nichts weh getan und jetzt warte ich gespannt auf die Schienen, die Behandlung und vor allem auf das Ergebnis. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Die Beratung war wirklich sehr professionell und freundlich! Der 3D Scan war komfortabel und beeindruckend, nach wenigen Minuten konnte man sein Gebiss in 3D auf dem Bildschirm sehen und das ohne diesen sehr unangenehmen Kieferabdruck. Alles in allem hat mir der Beratungstermin wirklich sehr zugesagt.
Der erste Termin für den Scan war in Ordnung. Die Zahnarzthelferin war nett, jedoch wurde nicht wirklich etwas erklärt. Beim zweiten Termin, meiner IPR, war es nicht wirklich positiv. Vorher wurde mir zugesichert dass der Termin vor Ort höchstens 30 min dauert. Mit sehr langer Wartezeit wurde ich dann ins Zimmer gebeten. Ohne überhaupt irgendwas zu sagen wurden mir die Zähne abgeschliffen. Eigentlich standen in meinen Unterlagen zwei unterschiedliche Angaben in mm, aber es wurde einfach bei beiden Zähnen gleich viel, und das einfach nach Gefühl, weggeschliffen. Zudem hatte der Arzt so grob zugepackt dass ich total Schmerzen in der Backe hatte. Die abgeschliffenen Stellen sehen nun total kantig und schief aus. Zudem stand in der Info, dass man die beiden Ersten Schienen mitbringen soll und diese vor Ort angepasst werden. Jedoch wurde ich nach dem Schleifen sofort wieder weggeschickt, ohne sich diese überhaupt anzuschauen. Auch auf meine Nachfragen was mit einem Zahn wäre der eine Füllung hat, da die Schiene sehr gegen drückte und ich sorge hatte dass diese rausgeht, wurde mir nur gesagt das wäre dann so. Vermutlich müsste ich sowieso irgendwann Veeners machen bei meinen Zähnen.
Ich habe noch nie so eine nette Ärztin gesehen. Auch das Team ist imm sehr nett. Mein Sohn geht sehr gerne hin.
