GoogleIch fühle mich sehr gut bei Frau Victoria von den Benken aufgehoben. Man merkt - sie ist gut ausgebildet und sie macht ihren Beruf sehr gerne. Die Behandlung wird vorher ausführlich besprochen und während der Behandlung ist sie sehr aufmerksam und achtet einfühlsam, auf dass befinden der Patienten. Das Personal in der Praxis ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann diese Zahnarztpraxis sehr empfehlen.

A wonderful practice. The place is well equipped and hygienic. Everyone here is very friendly. I dread the dental chair, but my visits were such that I felt at ease during the procedure. If I have to go to a dentist again (hopefully not), I will 10/10 go to them.

Ich habe mich schon lange nicht mehr so wohl in einer zahnärztlichen Praxis gefühlt. Es wurde jeder Schritt klar kommuniziert von Terminvereinbarung, über Behandlung bis zur Nachbesprechung und an Empathie hat es an keiner Stelle gemangelt. Diese Praxis kann und werde ich liebend gerne weiterempfehlen.

Meinen Termin habe ich ganz unkompliziert über die App Doctolib gebucht – die Terminvergabe ging super schnell und absolut problemlos. Vor Ort wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen und ausführlich beraten. Ich hatte eine professionelle Zahnreinigung und habe mich während der gesamten Behandlung sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Preise sind absolut fair, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Hier geht es ganz klar nicht darum, dem Patienten unnötige Behandlungen oder Kosten aufzudrängen, sondern darum, eine ehrliche und qualitativ hochwertige Leistung zu bieten. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass man sich auch nach der Behandlung Zeit nimmt, auf Fragen eingeht und alles verständlich erklärt. Man merkt deutlich, dass hier der Patient im Mittelpunkt steht und sehr wertschätzend behandelt wird. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt: Es handelt sich um einen Generationsbetrieb, den es bereits seit über 40 Jahren gibt – und genau diese Erfahrung und Qualität spürt man auch. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Klare Empfehlung!
Sehr nette und kompetente Fachleute
Super Praxis, alle sehr freundlich und gute Behandlung! Ich hatte den Termin sehr unkompliziert via Doctolib vereinbart. Man hat sich spontan für mich Zeit genommen, weil ich ernsthafte Schmerzen hatte. Dort wurde mir mir mit meinem eigentlichen Problem-Zahn geholfen, eine weitere Füllung gesetzt und das alles in hoher Geschwindigkeit. Frau Dr. Viktoria von den Benken war, wie alle anderen dort, überaus freundlich und hat mir auch erklärt, was sie da gerade macht. Da sehe ich sehr engagierte Menschen im Heilberuf und freue mich wiederzukommen. Kurzum m.E. : Sehr empfehlenswert!
