Ich bin das erste da gewese. Die Behandlung war besonders gut verlaufen. Die Zahnreinigung wurde sehr gründlich und gleichzeitig angenehm durchgeführt. Positiv ist mir aufgefallen, wie sorgfältig gearbeitet wurde. Das Ergebnis positiv und bekommen von mir auch verdient die 5 Sterne. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ich war heute zur professionellen Zahnreinigung in der Praxis von Herrn Hieu und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Behandlung wurde von der Zahnarzthelferin My durchgeführt – sie war sehr angenehm, freundlich und hat sehr gründlich, aber gleichzeitig zügig gearbeitet. Ich habe mich die ganze Zeit über wohlgefühlt. Auch Herr Hieu selbst war professionell. Der Empfang war freundlich, und als Bonus lief im Hintergrund vietnamesische Popmusik.
Ich war gestern zum ersten Mal bei Hr. Nguyen um einen Termin zu erfragen. Er war grade zufällig mit an der Rezeption und sagte das erst nächsten Monat freie Termine wären, da die Frau an der Rezeption mich nicht verstand (ich bin Deutscher). Da war das Gespräch eigentlich vorbei, aber skurriler weise scheltet er mich noch dafür, dass ich noch auf meinem Essen gekaut hatte. Er sagte das geht so nicht; dass man in eine Praxis kommt und was isst, und verwies auf ein Schild was im Wartezimmer über den Sitzen hing. Ich stand grade einmal an der Rezeption, kaute kurz auf meinem letzten Biss den ich vor der Praxis nahm, und die Brötchentüte war zu. Es war erkennbar das ich nicht „aktiv“ irgendwas aß, geschweige denn mit vollem Mund sprach. Zudem war das Schild nicht zutreffend. Ich entschuldigte mich, dennoch blieb er kühl mit mahnender Miene, als wäre dies etwas gewesen, wo jetzt jegliche weitere Kommunikation unerträglich wäre. Die anfängliche Frage ob ich Schmerzen hätte (Ja) scheint auch irgendwie sinnfrei, wenn man danacht sagt es seien erst nächsten Monat Termine frei. Kein sympathischer Eindruck.

Excelente dentista, agora na Frankfurter Alle 191. Descobri o dr. Nguyen por acaso e trato com ele há 3 anos, agora também minha família. É competente, cuidadoso e meticuloso. Descobre problemas que outros dentistas não percebem. Ótima capacidade de comunicação e empatia. Equipe é gentil e elegante.

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich bin selbst jemand, der eher ein sagen wir Angst Patient ist. Ich meine gerade, was Zähne angeht, geht es wohl vielen so.
