GoogleUnser ältester Sohn war zuerst Patient in dieser Praxis und hat hier seine Zähne behandeln lassen sowie zwei Kronen bekommen. Er war sehr zufrieden, deshalb haben wir uns auch entschieden, dorthin zu gehen. Dr. Ballout ist ein sehr kompetenter, ruhiger und freundlicher Arzt, bei dem man sich wirklich gut aufgehoben fühlt. War jetzt schon 2x bei Frau Peppa zur Prophylaxe, Sie ist eine sehr einfühlsame und freundliche Zahnärztin. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, nichts wirkt aufgesetzt. Sie nimmt sich viel Zeit, erklärt alles verständlich und arbeitet konservativ und akribisch , also möglichst viel gesunde Zahnsubstanz erhalten, nur eingreifen, wenn es wirklich nötig ist. Die Zahnerhaltung liegt ihr wirklich am Herzen, das spürt man. Es wird einem nichts aufgedrängt, sondern transparent und ruhig an besthenden Behandlungsmöglichkeiten aufgeklärt. Absolut empfehlenswert. Die Praxis ist modern und sauber. Werde weiterhin dort hingehen.

Die Praxis ist eine Goldperle Heute war ich das erste Mal in dieser Praxis zur Kontrolle und Prophylaxe bei Frau Dr. Peppa. Schon bei dem Empfang spürt man gleich einen Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Praxis ist klein aber fein ! Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und konnte meine Daten digital ausfüllen, alles sehr modern. Frau Dr. Peppa ist eine freundliche, emphatische und sehr einfühlsame Person, die am Patienten interessiert ist (auf Augenhöhe). Ich fühlte mich sofort wohl. Die Zahnärztin hat eine sehr gründliche Kontrolle und Prophylaxe durchgeführt, die fast absolut schmerzfrei war (Zahnsteinentfernung kann sehr unangenehm sein). Während ich eine Doku schaute, behandelte sie mich hochprofessionell. Auch Herrn Dr. Ballout lernte ich noch kurz kennen. Beide sind sehr freundlich und herzlich ! Das Team ist wirklich super. Wir fahren extra ca. 1 Stunde, quer durch die ganze Stadt, um bei Herrn Ballout behandelt zu werden. Er ist einfach der Beste Zahnarzt, wenn man selbst noch etwas Angst vor der Behandlung hat.
