Ich bin immer sehr zufrieden hier. Frau Dr. Decks ist sehr nett und fachlich kompetent. Sie nimmt sich die Zeit und erklärt alles gut was sie macht. Das ganze Praxisteam ist freundlich und ich hatte noch nicht mit lange Wartezeiten zu tun.

Danke, danke, danke!!!! Als ungeliebter Notfall vorher 3 mal bei anderen Zahnärzten abgewiesen, wurde ich freundlich und flexibel, flugs zwischengeschoben. Obwohl die Praxis ständig (war an drei aufeinander folgenden Tagen da) voll war. Mir war schon alles egal, Hauptsache IRGENDJEMAND kann mir helfen. Mir wurde geholfen und wie! Freundlich, zugewandt, unaufgeregt und kompetent. Von der Aufnahme, über die Assistenz bis zur einfühlsamen Ärztin eine durchgängig positive Erfahrung. Natürlich musste ich beim ersten Mal etwas warten, klar. Die Folgetermine fühlten sich an, als ob ich schon jahrelang dort Patient wäre! Kurz Platz nehmen und schon geht's los. Mein Problem wurde auf's Beste gelöst. Habe mich zu jeder Zeit angenommen, ernst genommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt! 7 von 5 Sternen!!! Nochmal danke!!!

Falsche Behandlung Medikamente bekommen wodurch Allergische Reaktion zu standen kam dadurch fast erstickt .obwohl bekannt war das man es nicht verträgt. Mehrfach hingewiesen Ignoranz vorhanden !! Und einfach Behandlung gemacht worden ohne Einverständnis . Kann ich absolut nicht verstehen Kein Einzelfall mehrere Personen bekannt durch falsche Behandlung!! Schwer geschäftigt worden mit spät folgen !!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
