Das unfreundlichste Erlebnis, das ich bisher bei einer Zahnarztpraxis hatte.
Seit zwei Tagen leide ich unter starken Zahnschmerzen und kann kaum schlafen. Da mein Zahnarzt heute zu hat, wurde ich an diese Praxis als Vertretung verwiesen. Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt, ich solle um 9:45 Uhr kommen, Wartezeiten sind einzuplanen.
Ich habe mich sofort auf den Weg gemacht und war aufgrund meiner einstündigen Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln leider 13 Minuten zu spät. Vor Ort wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass man mich nicht mehr behandeln könne, da alles „eng getaktet“ sei. Trotz meiner Erklärung, dass ich unmittelbar nach dem Telefonat losgefahren war und die Verspätung nicht absichtlich verursacht hatte, zeigte man keinerlei Verständnis für meine Situation.
Ich habe nicht nur Zeit, sondern auch Geld für die Anfahrt aufgewendet und stehe nun weiterhin mit starken Zahnschmerzen da. Dass man Patienten in einer solchen Notlage wegen 13 Minuten Verspätung nach einer einstündigen Anreise einfach abweist, halte ich für äußerst enttäuschend und wenig patientenorientiert.
Dennoch hätte ich mir in einer akuten Schmerzsituation deutlich mehr Verständnis und Entgegenkommen gewünscht. Nach dieser Erfahrung kann ich diese Praxis als Vertretung oder im Notdienst definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen.
