GoogleIch war heute das erste Mal mit meiner Mutter in der Praxis. Schon beim hereinkommen hatte man einen sehr positiven Eindruck erhalten. Man wurde freundlich empfangen und es war keine lange Wartezeit. Dr. Moutsidis war sehr freundlich, entspannt und hat sich Zeit genommen. Barrierefreiheit ist in der Praxis definitiv vorhanden. Mein Gefühl sagt mir, das meine 78 jährige Mutter in der Praxis sehr gut aufgehoben sein wird und Sie wieder etwas an Lebensqualität zurückbekommen wird 😊

Der Zahnarzt hat gleich nach Lösungen gesucht um meine verpfuschten Kronen zu behandeln. Außerdem bot er gleich einen Plan an der nach und nach bearbeitet wird. So einen Zahnarzt findet man heutzutage nicht überall, Herr Mousidis ist dazu noch sympathisch und super menschlich. Das Team ist ebenfalls in der richtigen Praxis zusammen gekommen. Ich bin nie gerne bei Zahnarzt gewesen, doch jetzt ändert sich meine Sicht.
Herr Moutsidis ist ein sehr kompetenter und netter Arzt. Er hat mir mögliche Behandlungsmethoden ausführlich erklärt, sich Zeit genommen und mit mir gemeinsam ein Vorgehen abgestimmt. Auch die Assistentinnen sind sehr kompetent und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als Patientin, die eigentlich nicht gerne zum Zahnarzt geht, habe ich hier keine Angst und fühle mich bestens aufgehoben.
Für mich als Patienten mit einer gehörigen Portion Angst, Anspannung und Bewusstsein darüber, wie lange ich nötige Behandlungen und Schritte habe schleifen lassen, wirklich die perfekte Praxis. Ein megafreundliches und lustiges Team, vielen lieben Dank für die behutsame und gleichsam direkte Art im Umgang. Ich bin immer sehr gut über die nächsten Schritte aufgeklärt worden und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Etwas traurig, diese Bewertung zu schreiben, da meine ersten drei Besuche zur Kontrolle, Reinigung und Zahnschiene fantastisch waren. Herr Moutsidis ist ein sehr freundlicher, lustiger und professioneller Zahnarzt. Allerdings ist das Team um ihn herum unkoordiniert. Ich hatte einen Termin für ein Bleaching gebucht und bei der Ankunft wurde mir gesagt, dass es sich nur um eine Beratung handele. Beim zweiten Termin, bei dem das eigentliche Bleaching stattfinden sollte, musste der Termin abgesagt werden. Beim Anruf zwecks Neutermin sagte die Dame am Telefon, dass sie mich zurückruft - das ist nie passiert. Am nächsten Tag rief ich wieder an und habe einen Alternativtermim bekommen. Als ich dann vor Ort war wurde mir mitgeteilt dass die Person fürs Bleaching länger ausfällt. Viel verschwendete Zeit & Energie ohne Ergebnis.
Vor ca. zwei Jahre bei Ihnen in Behandlung gewesen und meine Zähne oben wieder unten sind so perfekt und habe danach nie mehr Schmerzen gehabt. Die sind ein sehr guter Zahnarzt. Ich werde immer gefragt und gebe gerne Ihre Adresse.
Ich kann diese Praxis wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Bin zum 2. Mal wegen einer Vollnarkosebehandlung dort gewesen. (starker Würgereiz) Auch die Vor- und Nachbehandlungen waren für mich erstaunlich entspannt. Weiter So!
