Meine Tochter war zum ersten Mal in der Zahnarztpraxis Özgen Sarp und ist sehr zufrieden rausgegangen. Frau Doktor nimmt sich ausreichend Zeit und ist sehr einfühlsam mit kleinen Patientinnen. Vielen Dank dafür!
Dr. Özgen Sarp ist einfach großartig. Als queere Person fühle ich mich bei ihr absolut sicher und gut aufgehoben, was im medizinischen Bereich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ihre fachliche Kompetenz und ihr Wissen sind auf höchstem Niveau, und das merkt man bei jeder Behandlung. Sie hat meine Wurzelbehandlungen präzise durchgeführt und wichtige Zahnprobleme erkannt, die vorher übersehen wurden. Sie hat wirklich meine Zahngesundheit auf einen neuen Weg gebracht, und dafür bin ich ihr unendlich dankbar. Wer eine Zahnärztin sucht, die Kompetenz mit Menschlichkeit verbindet, ist bei Dr. Sarp in den besten Händen.

Doktor Hanım ise hayatım boyunca tanıdığım en iyi diş hekimi diyebilirim. İşini son derece profesyonel, titiz ve özenli bir şekilde yapıyor. Tedavi sürecim boyunca hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadım, her aşamada bilgilendirildim ve kendimi çok güvende hissettim. Hem mesleki başarısı hem de güler yüzüyle gerçekten harika bir insan. 2 stars because I was initially very happy to find this dentist. I even got private insurance for orthodontic treatment following the dentist’s recommendation. However, my last experience was disappointing. During the appointment there was very loud arguing/discussion from the main dentist to the staff, and the atmosphere felt tense. My last two cavity treatments were completed very quickly, but afterward I continued having pain that did not improve. I returned a week later for a follow-up to check the issue. After waiting about an hour, I asked when I would be seen and was told “5 minutes,” but eventually I had to leave to return to work while another patient appeared to be taken first. The front desk staff were extremely friendly but I left feeling that my concerns were not properly addressed and I still cannot eat comfortably
