Die Zahnärzthelferinnen sind sehr nett und das Wartezimmer ist mit der Musik immer sehr entspannend
Ich bin seit über 6 Jahren bei Dr.Busch und will nie wieder zu einem anderen Zahnarzt. Er ist der Beste :). Praxisabläufe sind sehr effizient und alle Mitarbeiter nett und motiviert.
Durchführung der PZR war gut. Keine Einwände und auch sehr einfühlsam und freundlich. Großes Problem ist dann die Abrechnung. Als Privatpatient kostet sie statt der am Telefon genannten 110 Euro auf einmal 180 Euro. Auch nach 6 Monaten konnte ich von der Praxis keine vernünftige Rechnung erhalten. Inkassounternehmen kommen dann auf einen zu. Ich habe 5 mal darum gebeten, die korrekte Rechnung auszustellen. Ohne Erfolg.
Sowohl Dr. Busch als auch Dr.Hülsemann sind sehr nett, alle Kollegen sind freundlich. Dr Busch hat mich in der Praxis geduldig beraten und Dr. Hülsemann hat meine Zähne sehr schön und geduldig behandelt. Frau Garabet macht die beste PZR, sie ist sehr professionell.
Seit nunmehr fast zehn Jahren bin ich zufriedener Patient bei Dr.Busch und fühle mich in seiner Praxis sehr gut aufgehoben. Jede Behandlung wird ausführlich erklärt und besprochen, und mit seiner ruhigen Art nimmt Dr.Busch jegliche Ängste. Sein immer freundliches und Kompetentes Team sorgt dafür dass Termine ohne lange Wartezeiten eingehalten werden und der letzte Zahnarztbesuch in guter Erinnerung bleibt.

Fabelhafte Praxis! Ich habe schon diverse zahnärztliche Praxen kennengelernt, jedoch ist diese mit Abstand die Beste! Angefangen bei der Kompetenz aller Mitarbeiter, über die Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und Anbindung bis hin zur Organisation - volle fünf Sterne!
Sehr schlechte Organisation. Die Kommunikation läuft nicht! Dreimal wurde unsererseits der Heil und Kostenplan der Kasse eingereicht, aber ist in der Praxis abhanden gekommen. Es wurde behauptet, dass dieser nie eingereicht wurde. Man erhält keine richtige Auskunft darüber, wie und wann die Rechnungen zu begleichen sind, wie viele Behandlungen noch ausstehen und wann die Behandlung abgeschlossen ist. Verursacht alles sehr viel Stress!
Dr. Busch und sein Team sind einfach toll. Ich hatte noch nie eine so entgegenkommende und auch umfangreich professionelle Beratung und Ausführung dessen wie in dieser Praxis. Top Empfehlung 👍
Als ich ankam wurde ich direkt nett begrüßt und in den Warteraum gesessen. Nach auch nur ein paar Minuten war dann mein Termin. Alles verlief gut und reibungslos, deshalb 5 Sterne.
Leider nicht der Zahnarzt meines Vertrauens. Schlecht zu erreichen, hab noch nie solche Schmerzen beim Kronen machen gehabt. Ein Provisorium gleich kaputt. Die Praxis sieht mich nie wieder
Die Zahnreinigung bei Besime Garabet war der Knaller. Sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis und den genauen Erklärungen. Restliches Team auch sehr nett :)

This is an excellent practice. I am not an enthusiastic person when it comes to going to the dentist, but Dr. Busch inspires a lot of trust and confidence I have had gum surgery as well as fillings and he is definitely the best dentist I have ever been to. My visits there have always been pleasant and pain free. My daughter is very pleased with Dr. Maka, who specializes in children. Highly recommended!
