Ich hatte kurzfristig Probleme mit einer Krone und habe direkt einen Termin bekommen. Die Beratung und Reparatur waren sehr professionell und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Frau Müller-Zipfel hat sich viel Zeit genommen und eine Alternative zur Teilkrone vorgeschlagen, jedoch gänzlich ohne Druck. Hier hat man sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal!
Obwohl ich inzwischen eine relativ weite Anfahrt zur Praxis habe, nehme ich den Weg gerne in Kauf. Neben einer sehr freundlichen Atmosphäre ohne Wartezeiten ist für mich vor allem die professionelle Behandlung und Betreuung ausschlaggebend, sowohl von den Zahnärztinnen, als auch von der Zahnarzthelferin. Für meine Fragen wird sich Zeit genommen und ich habe das Gefühl sehr kompetent beraten zu werden. Und die Zahnreinigung ist immer super gründlich. Ich kann die Praxis ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Die Praxis ist die beste in Hamburg! Die Zahnärztin ist eine tolle Ärztin und behandelt die Patienten sehr professionell und menschlich. Die Behandlungen werden immer ausführlich besprochen und es gibt nie überraschende und überteuerte Kosten. Das ganze Team ist sehr kompetent , immer nett und hilfbereit. Die gesammte Praxis ist modern eingerichtet, alles ist sehr komfortable und es läuft sogar schöne Musik im Hintergrund, was während der Behandlung sehr entspannt wirkt. Ich habe die Praxis an Freunden weiteremfohlen und die sind alle super zufrieden! Ich bin immer wieder gerne da!
Ich kann die Praxis absolut weiterempfehlen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und die Zahnärztin, Frau Müller, sehr kompetent und einfühlsam. Ich bin schon lange bei Frau Müller und fühle mich durch und durch aufgehoben. Dazu kommt, dass die Praxisräume eine angenehme Atmosphäre haben und die Praxis ist sehr zentral gelegen um im Notfall auch mal in der Mittagspause hinzugehen.
Bei dem Team der Zahnarztpraxis DentoxYourLife am Rathaus fühle ich mich seit vielen Jahren gut aufgehoben. Professionelle und einfühlsame Behandlung und immer gut gelaunt. Termine gibt es kurzfristig, bei akuten Beschwerden bekam ich stets eine unverzügliche Behandlung. Meine Füllungen und Kronen halten seit 20 Jahren. Hier wird auf Qualität gesetzt und keine unnötige Behandlung aufgedrängt … aber regelmäßig kontrolliert. Die Preise für private Zusatzbehandlungen sind fair, insbesondere für die Hamburger Innenstadt. Ich gehe gerne zur Zahnärztin ;-)

Von den routinemäßigen Kontrollen, über die regelmäßigen Zahnreinigungen, bis hin zum Austausch eines alten Inlays hat bei mir alles reibungslos und schmerzfrei funktioniert. Alle Befunde und Behandlungsschritte wurden mir ausführlich erklärt und ein individueller Behandlungsplan erstellt. Zudem sehr unkomplizierte und flexible Terminbuchung! Ich kann Frau Müller und ihr Team nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Dr. Steffens did not care about the type of my insurance or my financial situation — she treated me with dignity and compassion and filled all my teeth with great precision. She patiently answered all my questions and concerns and gave me the best advice for my further treatment.
Fantastic dentists here. I’ve always felt very well cared for here, and they offer a really great service. The staff are always very friendly, the building is centrally located, very clean with a good atmosphere. I’d recommend to anyone seeking five star dentistry with excellent service.
