Ich war wenige Male in der Praxis. Die Terminvereinbarung verlief unkompliziert und die Prophylaxe war gut.
Was mich irritiert hat: Bei einem ersten Besuch wurde mir gesagt, ein bestimmter Zahn solle beobachtet werden. Etwa ein Jahr später war eine andere Zahnärztin da, die sich mir nicht vorstellte. Ohne Röntgen oder Bildmaterial wurde mir empfohlen, den Zahn zu füllen, obwohl ich keine Beschwerden hatte.
Eine Zweitmeinung in einer anderen Praxis, inklusive Röntgen und genauer Untersuchung, ergab nun, dass keine Behandlung notwendig ist.

Die Praxis ist schön und sauber, das Personal nett und freundlich und die Preise sind fair. Weshalb ich 2 Sterne abziehe und den Zahnarzt gewechselt habe: Kontaktaufnahme nur per Telefon oder persönlich, PZR nur an einem bestimmten Wochentag und die Öffnungszeiten sind generell recht begrenzt zumal die Ärztin als mehrfache Mutter die Praxis alleine führt und anscheinend auch wenn sie aus dem aktuellen Mutterschutz kommt weiter zu führen gedenkt...

Ich hatte heute meinen ersten Termin bei Sara Altun und ich bin einfach nur begeistert. Super freundlich und sehr kompetent. Ich habe mich auf einem Zahnarztstuhl noch nie so wohlgefühlt. Mir wurde alles ruhig und sachlich erklärt. Jedes Mal, wenn es hätte schmerzen können, wurde ich behutsam darauf vorbereitet. Auch meine Prophylaxe im Dezember bei Jessica Edikh war sehr angenehm.
