Da ruft man morgen an als Schmerzpatient und dann wird einen gesagt man soll vorbei kommen zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit und man ist pünktlich und hofft nur die schmerzen los zu werden da einem 3 Zähne durch einen Sturz abgebrochen sind . Man erfährt dann das sie Zahnärztin 45 Minuten später kommt da sie in einem Stau steht. Man wartet weiter da man die schmerzen los werden will . Dann kommt die Zahnärztin und man hoffe gleich ist es so weit aber puste Kuchen . Da bekommt man zu hören nee der soll jetzt warten man nimmt jemanden anderen dran und ich dachte das es nach Dringlichkeit ginge der Witz ist diese Praxis würde einem empfohlen da es gerade da nicht so sei. Das ist nur traurig und ich kann diese Praxis auf keinen Fall empfehlen

Der Empfang ist echt nett, nur leider gibt es eine nicht klar geregelte Vorgehensweise, du sollst ein leeres Blatt unterschreiben für eine Füllungen (Rechnung)für einen Zahn, dann bekommst man später eine Rechnung die sich gewaschen hat. Nachdem man um eine Stellungnahme bittet ; wir reden hier nicht von 100€ ist die Antwort :"oh ja das haben wir vergessen aber naja sie haben doch eine Zahn Zusatzversicherung." das zieht einem doch die Schuhe aus sehr enttäuschend und damit auch kein Arzt meines vertrauen...
