Was hier gemacht wird, ist fachlich nicht vertretbar.
Ich war über 12 Jahre in Behandlung.
Fazit ist ein verlorener Zahn durch Pfusch, ein weiterer steht auf der Kippe. Weitere unerkannte Defekte sind vorhanden und werden mich viel Zeit und Geld kosten.
Zum Glück musste ich zur Vertretung, dort war man entsetzt, was alles nicht gemacht wurde.
Einfach mal eine Röntgenaufnahme machen und Probleme wären frühzeitig entdeckt worden.
Man hätte aber natürlich auch den eigenen Pfusch entdeckt.
Warum man hier keine Eigenleistungen zahlen muss???
Hier wird maximal die Leistung erbracht, welche die Krankenkasse zahlt.
Jeder Patient zahlt später richtig drauf.
Insofern absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
Klage auf Schadensersatz und Schmerzensgeld läuft.

Super Zahnarzt Praxis. Ich war da für eine Zweitmeinung und bin dann auch dort geblieben. Der vorherige Zahnarzt wollte das doppelte von dem, was Frau Kruse vorgeschlagen hatte und das kam mir schon suspekt vor. Holt euch immer eine zweitmeinung ein und lasst euch nicht abziehen!!!

Arbeitet sehr behutsam und ist sehr vorsichtig, geht auf den Patienten ein, nimmt einem die Angst weg, ist nicht auf Geld aus, erklärt einem sehr gut was gemacht wird, versucht vieles zu erhalten wenn es möglich ist. Total nette Zahnärztin. Ihr Team ist auch super. Kann ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
