Ich bin eine Patientin mit neurogener Inkontinenz und erhalte monatlich mit Rezept Einmalkatheter und Windeln von diesem Sanitätshaus. In den ersten zwei Monaten wurde ich von zwei sehr wertvollen Menschen betreut, einer Dame und einem Herrn, die am Nachmittag arbeiteten. Sie waren äußerst hilfsbereit.
Im dritten Monat jedoch ging ich am Vormittag hin und traf auf eine andere Mitarbeiterin. Da ich kein Deutsch spreche, erklärte ich mein Anliegen mithilfe eines Übersetzers. Leider hat sie mir keine Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt, mich nicht ernst genommen und wollte mich einfach loswerden. Sie ließ mich nicht einmal den Kostenübernahmeantrag unterschreiben und schickte mich mit einem "Ja, ja, passt schon" einfach weg.
Infolgedessen wurde ein Dokument nicht korrekt unterschrieben und ich gelte nun als unvollständig registriert – meine benötigten Materialien wurden seit über einer Woche nicht geliefert. Heute haben wir erfahren, dass diese Mitarbeiterin ihre Arbeit unvollständig gemacht hat.
Ich möchte ausdrücklich betonen, dass ich die beiden anderen Mitarbeiter davon ausnehme, sie waren stets hilfsbereit und professionell. Doch die Mitarbeiterin der Frühschicht hat mich weder angehört noch korrekt behandelt und hat mich dadurch in eine schwierige Lage gebracht. Ich verurteile dieses Verhalten auf das Schärfste.

Wer ein Rezept hat wird entsprechend gut bedient, zumindest war das meine Erfahrung vor ca 5 Jahren. Deshalb auch 3 Sterne.
Vergangene Woche war ich aber vor Ort, das Geschäft war leer, früh am Morgen und fragte, ob man hier Zubehör für einen RCN Walker bestellen könnte. Die Antwort war eher bescheiden: Schulterzucken. Vielleicht an der Hauptfiliale? Ich bekam eine Telefonnummer. Guter Service wäre gewesen den Hörer in die Hand zu nehmen und sich für mich zu erkundigen.
Werde bei einem Mitbewerber anfragen, wenn scheinbar kein Interesse besteht. Dafür 2x Abzug.

Mein Mann hat viel mit der Fa. Fendel zu tun. Immer sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Beim Vermessen der Strümpfe keine Probleme. Kürzlich erst wieder ein Rezept abgegeben und nachdem die Strümpfe zur Abholung bereit lagen, wurden wir telefonisch unterrichtet.
