GoogleKundenfreundlichkeit sieht anders aus. Mit einer Begrüßung fängt das schon an. Auf Nachfrage für einen Haltegriff für das Bad, gab es zunächst ein " haben wir nicht", danach, " naja kann ja mal telefonieren" . Ein positives Ergebnis bzw. ernsthafte Bemühungen, Fehlanzeige. Hatte nicht das Gefühl ernst genommen zu werden. Mag sein, dass es zu warm oder zu früh ist/ war, aber so ein Geschäftsgebahren geht gar nicht. Werde mich auf jeden Fall woanders umsehen.
Wir waren heute mit meiner Mama zum Ausmessen eines Kompressionsstrumpfes. Die junge Kollegin war sehr, sehr nett und hat uns alles wirklich toll erklärt. So wünscht man sich das :-) Lieben Dank!!!
Ich war im Sanitätshaus und wurde sehr freundlich und kompetent beraten. Die Erklärungen waren professionell, verständlich und es wurde sich wirklich Zeit genommen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Fachwissen und Menschlichkeit Hand in Hand gehen. Ja, manchmal muss man etwas warten, aber das ist ganz normal, denn eine gute Beratung braucht eben Zeit. Lieber ein paar Minuten Geduld, dafür eine Top-Betreuung. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Hier fühlt man sich bestens aufgehoben.
Gestern dort gewesen. Es war eine junge Frau im Geschäft. Es gab nicht mal ein „ Guten Tag“ oder „einen kleinen Moment bitte“, da sie erst bei einer anderen Kundin etwas ausmessen musste. Sowas geht natürlich nicht
Ich gehe seit Jahren dorthin, immer alles in Ordnung. Heute wieder da. Perfekt gelaufen. Das Personal ist kompetent und freundlich.

Sehr schöner kleiner Laden mit sehr nettem und aufgeschlossenem Personal. Die zwei jungen Mitarbeiter kamen mir mit viel positiver Energie entgegen und haben mich sehr gut beraten. Auch die direkte Lieferung zu mir nach Hause verlief sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank an die beiden. Ich komme für weiteres gerne wieder ☺️
Wurde sehr freundlich von einem jungen Mann und einer netten Dame begrüßt. Bin zwar nicht fündig geworden, doch war die Beratung kompetent und kundenfreundlich. Mir wurde auch nichts aufgeschwatzt, das war auch sehr angenehm. Komme gerne wieder.
