GoogleIch bin rundum zufrieden mit meinem Besuch in der Praxis. Die Terminvereinbarung lief schnell und unkompliziert, was mir besonders wichtig ist. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Klare Empfehlung – gerne wieder!
Ich war mir meinem Sohn bereits 2 Mal bei Frau Doktor Rohde und wir freuen uns, dass die ganze Familie nun bei ihr aufgenommen wird. Wir fühlen uns gut und kompetent behandelt.
Ich bin mit Zahnschmerzen zum Notdienst gekommen. Nach 30Minuten warten wurde mir gesagt, dass ich nicht mehr dran komme. Es war 10.40Uhr der Notdienst ging bis 12Uhr. Eine Dame (Privatpatientin) die nach mir kam und sich vorgedrängelt hatte wurde dran genommen. Als ich es ansprach zuckte die Schwester nicht mal. Zu der Ärztin kann ich nichts sagen, bin ja nicht behandelt worden.
Update : Leider neues Team, eine andere Ärztin und keineswegs die gleiche familiäre positive Atmosphäre wie nach der Neueröffnung . Fachlich sicherlich auch ok, aber der Wohlfühlfaktor spielt für mich besonders beim Zahnarztbesuch eine wichtige Rolle... und der ist lange nicht auf altem Niveau, sodass ich von ursprünglich 5 Sternen auf 3 korrigieren muss. --- Ich bin seit kurzem Patient in der Zahnarztpraxis in der Fortunallee und absolut zufrieden. Große Flexibilität bei der Terminvereinbarung, keine Wartezeiten und ein sehr junges freundliches und motiviertes Team mit viel Spaß an der Arbeit. Da geht man fast schon gern zum Zahnarzt .
Mein "Lieblings-Zahnarzt" (falls es so etwas geben kann). Frau Kaiser ist immer freundlich, vorsichtig (ich habe empfindliche Zähne) und technisch schon fast eine Künstlerin. Bei meinem letzten Besuch musste Sie im System nachsehen, an welchem Zahn sie mir bei einer früheren Untersuchung eine Füllung gegeben hat, da wir es beide beim besten Willen nicht mehr erkennen konnten.
Ich bin seit einiger Zeit im Behandlung -war bisher immer zufrieden. Heute nun direkt von Frau Rohde behandelt worden,eine super tolle Zahnärztin die ich nur empfehlen kann. Korrekte Arbeit,auf den Patienten eingehend-da muss niemand Angst vor dem Zahnarzt haben .Macht weiter so echt super.
Nach ca. 2 Jahren wechselt permanent das Praxisteam. Damit zusammenhängend ändern sich die Öffnungszeiten und verschieben sich die geplanten Behandlungstermine.
Nettes, freundliches Team! Ansonsten einiges nicht so gelaufen wie gewünscht. Wenn es etwas länger dauert als das Zeit-Management hergibt, spürt man ein wenig die Hektik. Kein gutes Gefühl für die Patienten/in Habe mich für eine neue Praxis entschieden.
Frau Kaiser wurde mir empfohlen. Sie sowie das gesamte Team sind immer freundlich. Sie ist die erste Zahnärztin, bei der ich mich gut aufgehoben fühle. Vielen Dank!
Eine super angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre, kein Vergleich zu den großen Praxen mit viel Durchlauf. Hier kann man ankommen. Es wird sich Zeit genommen und alle Schritte ausführlich erklärt, die Terminvereinbarung hat auch kurzfristig geklappt und es gab kaum Wartezeit. Bin rundum zufrieden.
Bin in Mahlsdorf in der neu eröffneten Praxis ,tolles Team dort und sehr sehr nett, meine Angst wurde mir genommen und ich kann endlich wieder lächeln danke an das gesamte Team ,dort bleibe ich für immer 😁Bitte weiter leiten an die Praxis dort .
