GoogleIch war heute zum 2. mal dort und ich bin eigentlich Angstpatientin, aber ich fühle mich in der Praxis so wohl!! Das ist der beste Zahnarzt für mich! Auch die Zahnarzt Helferinnen sind alle super lieb und sympathisch. Definitiv 5 Sterne ich kann jedem der Angst hat empfehlen dahin zu gehen, danach seid ihr angstfrei versprochen 🫶🏽 Danke dafür!!
Ich bin Patient erster Stunde in dieser Praxis. Ich habe noch nie so einen guten Zahnarzt mit super freundlichem Team getroffen! Sympathisch und kompetent! Nimmt sich Zeit für den Patienten und erklärt alles genau. Er drängt einem keine teuren Extraleistungen auf. Wartezeiten für einen Termin und in der Praxis sind ebenfalls völlig in Ordnung.
Super für Angstpatienten! Ich bekam sehr schnell einen Termin den ich kurzfristig absagen musste. Dies war gar kein Problem und mir wurde freundlich ein neuer Termin gegeben. Auch dieser war wieder zeitnah und ich kam sofort dran. Und mit sofort meine ich sofort. Ich war genau eine halbe Stunde in der Praxis. Dabei wurden meine Zähne angeschaut und notiert, ein Röntgenbild gemacht. Es gab ein ausführliches Gespräch und dann wurde sogar noch ein Abdruck gemacht. Sehr freundlich! Arzt wie auch die Helferin. Und was mir auch gut gefallen hat, ist dass er zwar informierte aber nicht irgendwelche Leistungen aufdrängen wollte. Da gehe ich wieder hin!
Sehr netter und kompetenter Zahnarzt genauso wie seine Angestellten dort. ich hab immer etwas Angst beim Zahnarzt aber das gesamte Team ist immer so herzlich und verständnisvoll . Der Arzt hat auch immer einen lustigen Spruch auf Lager so das es bei der Behandlung immer eine entspannte Stimmung ist.
Seit 2019 das erste Mal wieder bei Dr. Bachfeld und dann natürlich mit Problemen. Schnelle Terminvergabe, keine Wartezeit, freundliche Begrüßung wie immer. Keine Vorhaltung nach dem Motto" Na warum sind sie nicht viel früher gekommen " .Sachliche Analyse, schnelle Problemlösung und Aufklärung. Ich als Angsthase frage mich warum ich es mal wieder so lange aufgeschoben habe. Vielen Dank demTeam um und mit Dr. Bachfeld.
Nachdem mein, bislang gedachter, bester Zahnarzt vor 10 Jahren in Rente ging war ich auf der Suche nach dem richtigen. Nun endlich habe ich meinen neuen Zahnarzt des Vertrauens gefunden. Sprechstundenhilfe immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der gute Zahnarzt ist sehr sympatisch aber streng mit Witz. Wartezeiten gibt es sogut wie nicht.
Ich soll ernsthaft schreiben, warum mir ein Zahnarzt gefällt? Na gut....Hr. Bachfeld ist ein wirklich netter Zahnarzt, der schon Mal zu Späßen aufgelegt ist und so für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Seine Assistentinen sind sehr freundlich. Die Praxis ist gut organisiert, so gibt es selten Wartezeiten und den Wartebereich habe ich noch nie überfüllt erlebt.
Dieser Zahnarzt ist nicht mal einen Stern wert wenn ich könnte würde ich ihm minus Sterne geben. Ich war mit meiner fünf jährigen Tochter gerade dort was ich dort erlebte habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die kleine natürlich Panik gehabt... Seine Worte.. Ja das hast du davon wenn du deine Zähne nicht putzt... So bohrte er ihr in ihrem Loch rum... Mein Kind schrie die ganze Praxis zusammen. Mit guten zu reden versuchte ich sie zu beruhigen doch sie weinte weiter... Er griff ihr ins Gesicht mit den Worten das reicht mir jetzt hier.. Vor deiner Mutter machst du auf Prinzessin und hier heulst du rum. So was müsse er sich nicht geben. Zu drohte er an mich aus dem Behandlungs Zimmer zu werfen und er würde mit ihr dann alleine bleiben.. Sie weinte demnach noch mehr. Er war unfassbar unfreundlich und genervt keinerlei hat er ihr die Geräte erkältet oder was er überhaupt tut. Der knaller zum Schluss.. Ja ich will dich hier nicht mehr sehen zu mir brauchst du nicht mehr kommen du kannst dir einen anderen Zahnarzt suchen. Ich bin unglaublich geschockt und eine Anzeige wird folgen
Ich bin seit mehr als zehn Jahren Patient bei Herrn Dr. Bachfeld. Das komplette Team ist sehr nett, es gibt nie lange Wartezeiten. Herr Dr. Bachfeld gibt mir ein gutes Gefühl, das Vertrauen ist groß.
Absolute der best Zahnarzt, den ich kenne! Sehr nette Mitarbeiters. Ich fühle mich wohl in der Praxis.
