Eine Katastrophenpraxis seit dem Winkler raus ist keine Termine nur mit extremer Wartezeit keine Koordination das Personal Der eine weiß nicht, was der andere tut und dennoch meinen alle, sie wären wichtig und keiner kriegt seinen Job richtig auf die Kette außer der Arzt und das für einen Arzt, wo man sein Leben lang hingegangen ist. Das ist echt das Allerletzte und kurz vor Feierabend noch zu sagen. Jetzt ist Aufnahmestopp gehen Sie mal ins Krankenhaus echt lächerlich. Die müssen an sich echt arbeiten, um diesen Service wiederherstellen zu können, den man gewohnt war.

Bin vor Jahren mal da hin, eigentlich nur weil es mir zu meinem damaligen Hausarzt einfach zu weit war (Aachen Innenstadt). Ich war so begeistert das ich seit dem nicht mehr zu einem anderen Hausarzt möchte. Die Wartezeiten sind voll und ganz im Rahmen (ich habe bei anderen Ärzten teilweise schon weit über eine Stunde gesessen, trotz Termin!!) und die Behandlung ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jedem dem ich die Praxis empfohlen habe ist begeistert. Darum: 5 Sterne

Ich bin ganz neu hier in Kohlscheid und brauche regelmäßig meine starken Medikamente Beim ersten Arzt wurde mir ein Termin im September genannt Zu meinem Glück rief ich hier an Ich muss sagen, wenn das Ärzteteam nur halb so nett ist wie die Dame am Telefon, habe ich den Hauptgewinn gezogen Natürlich hat sie mir sofort einen Termin gegeben bevor meine Tabletten zur neige gehen und mir damit eine große Sorge genommen Wenn ich meinen Termin hatte melde ich mich wieder So hatte heute meinen ersten Termin und ich bin sehr zufrieden Fast keine Wartezeit und ein super netter Dr.Winkler. Da ich Lungenkrebs habe muss ich natürlich besonders vorsichtig sein . Habe direkt einen Termin für meine 4. Covid- Impfungen bekommen und später werde ich auch gegen Lungenentzündung geimpft. Bisher hat kein Arzt mir gesagt, dass dies überhaupt möglich ist Ich bin sehr froh, so einen kompetenten und freundlichen Arzt gefunden zu haben Wenn es möglich wäre würde ich sogar 10 Sterne geben

Wenn man weiß was man hat und braucht... alles gut. Leider wird man bei Fragen ans Internet verwiesen, Ärztin nimmt einen nicht ernst und wirkt überheblich, und der Arzt fragt nicht sondern urteilt ohne patientenkontakt. Wirklich gut an der Praxis.... die MFA's sind fast alle sehr nett und höflich und man muss nicht lange warten.
