Kijk hiermee uit! ik heb de zgn vrijblijvende scan gehad en het zou 2 weken duren voordat ik iets zou horen, nou de volgende dag ben ik al meerdere keren gebeld terwijl ik aan het werk was en niet kon opnemen vervolgens s'avond's gebeld ze hadden de resultaten al binnen ( ik zag de rode vlaggen al) en bij de uitleg kreeg ik een offerte voorgelegd die totaal afweek van de kosten die op de website staan. !!! Ze hebben een goede marketeer die je belt die op alles een antwoord blijkt te hebben!! Ik ben er niet ingetrapt.

The experience during the initial appoinment was good, and I thought this would be a great process Only to get the quote, which was 3000euro for only fixing 16 teeth (8 top, 8 bottom) which arent even the main reason I wanted to do the treatment, When I asked, I was told they only fix molar to molar Waste of time, becuase they are not mentioning it online Unless you have a small problem and dont mind wasting 3k, go somewhere else
I have moved to the Netherlands and I have decided that I wanted to get Invisalign. But the prices are unreasonable for students and I have to continue paying even after the treatment. I even called to cancelled this because it is too expensive to pay 3000€ for 4 months. I spoke to Shauna in customer service. She said she would call me back and do her best but nothing on that. I even called the place that made the Invisalign and they also said they would get back to me and they did not. It has been a week and now I will be fined for charges that I’m not even going to do. For a student this is so unreasonable. They don’t not tell you anything about the cancellation policy and they don’t even send you a form to know these things. They just call you and that’s it. Even calling back takes forever. They don’t respond and the phone number only is useful to tell you to use the app and cite. They literally are not helpful at all. I regret coming here and now being a student I am going to have to pay 3000€ for nothing. Very horrible. Worst experience.
