UPDATE: They replied to this review, but only the reception got in touch. They never gave a solution or put me in contact with an adequate department. I have been going to this practice since 2019. So far all good, but in my recent visit I booked an appointment for cleaning and the dentist did so manually without a hook instead of using the regular medical equipment, she left my gums bleeding and very sensitive for weeks. She took 5 minutes in this procedure and I was charged 46€ extra (aside from what my insurance pays) since I was away, I missed the payment notification, they did not call or text to send a reminder, I was also not expecting a bill since my insurance usually covers the cleaning and appointment. In the end I had to pay 80€, they promised that the doctor will get in touch with me but I never received a call. Until today, I have no clue why I got a bill for a 5 min clean up with a hook, they completely ignored me. This should not happen in health care, it should be banned by law. I do not recommend this practice.
If I could give it a 0 rating I would because I went to ask how much would it cost to get a filling the receptionist was the one who was helping me and she was rude. It was horrible. She just wanted my money and was very disrespectful. She kept saying she couldn’t give me a price and it’s based off of how big the hole is 😂😂 imagine that and I said that I’ve read the reviews and they lie about the prices so I’m trying to make aware myself and she was like nope do you want to make an appointment if not go. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. EVEN WITH THE ALIGNERS. ITS JUST ALL A SCAM. THEY DONT PICK UP TO THE NUMBER GIVEN TO YOU THEY NEVER ANSWER BUT WHEN ITS TIME TO PAY THATS WHEN THEY ALL OFF A SUDDEN CALLING YOU 24/7. It’s crazy I was treating like this by the receptionist. I was still nice but if I were you guys I wouldn’t go. They prices are ridiculous they can’t give you any exact information and then when you’re done you’d have to pay an excessive amount. It’s honestly not worth it. SWITCH YOUR DENTIST PLEASE!!! It’s so stressful

Al jaren super tevreden met de tandarts (Karin Essers). Enige nadeel, vroeger in Malberg, keek zitten in de behandelstoel naar een zeer mooie en goed onderhouden tuin. Helaas kijk ik nu tegen een saaie witte muur.
In mijn ervaring is Dr. Marinac een zeer professionele, bekwame en secure tandarts. Er wordt tijd gemaakt voor mijn vragen en veel begrip getoond voor mijn tandartszenuwen, ook door de vriendelijke assistente. Ik voel me altijd gehoord, gerustgesteld en erg tevreden over het resultaat. Hartelijk dank, team Mondzorg Mosae Forum!

I couldn’t be more grateful towards the assistant and the dentist. They took me in as an emergency since I had just been sent by the doctor and my face was visibly swollen. They honestly made my day with their kindness and dedication to their work. Thank you so so much for finding a solution for this painful ordeal!
Came here a few years ago for a periodic checkup. Dentist states I have 3 cavities that need to be drilled out and had the assistant take some x-rays. Wasn’t shown the cavities so I declined to immediately schedule an appointment to fill the cavities. Went for a second opinion at my previous dentist and had my files sent over. The x-rays taken by this dentist were not exposed properly and my mandibles were not even in the frame, therefore you could not determine the presence of cavities. Manual inspection showed no cavities were present. Likely this practice just wanted to make a quick buck off of a few fillings. If a dentist states you have cavities, make them show you with a mirror as is common practice before you outright believe their statement
Ik heb een erge angst voor de tandarts,daar door al meer als 10 jaar niet bij een tandarts geweest. Nu vond ik dat ik toch moest gaan, afspraak gemaakt bij tandarts Reka, in 1 woord geweldig. Ik heb haar uitgelegd, dat ik heel bang was, ze luisterde goed en stelde mij helemaal op mijn gemak, legde precies uit wat ze ging doen. Vandaag terug geweest voor het herstellen van een kies,super ik was zo bang en weer stelde ze mij op me gemak en legde weer alles uit wat ze ging doen. Ook de mondhygiënist is perfect ze werkt precies zo als de tandarts👍👍👍👍👍
Zero organization; I booked 3 weeks in advance a standard routine teeth cleaning specifically asking for the last spot available because of work reasons. After asking for a work permit, today, when I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist did not have any confirmation of my appointment and, after kindly explaining her what you can read above, the answer was the following; "I am sorry but someone quit the job few days ago and we did not have your contact detail to notify you." When I asked what my options were the answer was again the following; "I am sorry, it is not my fault because I am only a receptionist, you can look for another dentist." All this conversation happened with a doctor standing behind her that had no comment about what she just witnessed. Unbelievable, stay away from here.
Dr. reka ghiulai, I had a really bad and unprofessional experience , the doctor wouldn’t listen or even understand the problem I had . I will change my dentist, hope is only me.
Dr. Christoforakis is an excellent dentist. Very professional, competent, descriptive in his explanation and the best way to move forward and always friendly. I also appreciate that he really takes the time to explain everything he does. Highly recommended!
I can only recommend this place. Very professional and humane at the same time. My pain was taken care of, a check for cavities was included and all was done quickly, effectivly and with great bedsite manners.

I was at this practice for one checkup and never went back. The dentist from Greece (can't remember his name) told me that all my wisdom teeth had cavities and needed to be taken out. He checked with his mirror, never even touching my teeth. It didn't feel right, I haven't had any complaints for years. I tried to inquire about other solutions, but he was hard set on removing my wisdom teeth. I made an appointment with my regular dentist, Dr Peters just to be sure. Dr. Peters checked my teeth thoroughly, took an X-ray and said that I had no cavities at all. I rather travel to my dentist for an hour than undergo all kind of painful, expensive and unnecessary procedures.
