I had permanent retainer of maybe 7 years that decided to break in my first month of being Berlin. I called so many places. Some wouldn’t take in not an old patient of theirs, some were plain rude, most didn’t speak english.
Finally i found this place and was skeptical at first due to my previous experiences here but Dr Christine was soo sweet honestly. She was kind, understanding, friendly, gave me good advice, made time for me in her busy day to do the whole procedure the same day as the broken retainer was poking my tongue and scraping it. She was talking to me throughout the procedure to put me to ease. She did it most painlessly.
Ultimately I was asking her if i should do braces for a small tiny gap between my upper two teeth. She said ‘you actually dont need it as it’s so minor. And i would tell you honestly that i wouldn’t do it for you as it would be not right.’ That really impressed me. Very happy with my service here. :)
