GoogleNach fast drei Monaten Wartezeit auf eine PZR wurde mein Termin zwei Wochen vorher ohne Erklärung über Doctolib abgesagt. Dass die Praxis aktuell wegen eines Wasserschadens nur eingeschränkt arbeiten kann, ist nachvollziehbar. Umso wichtiger wäre jedoch eine transparente und verlässliche Kommunikation gewesen. Eine so kurzfristige, kommentarlos abgesagte Behandlung ist enttäuschend und organisatorisch nicht zufriedenstellend.
Ich war nun 3x in der Praxis (Kontrolle, Zahnreinigung, Füllung). Alle Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich, einfühlsam und geduldig. Insgesamt herrscht in der Praxis eine entspannte ruhige Atmosphäre. Frau Menge erklärt alles sehr genau, transparent und verständlich. Sie gibt einem durch ihre Professionalität ein sicheres Gefühl. Auch die Zahnreinigung war hochmodern und gründlich. Ich bin froh, dass ich endlich die Praxis gewechselt habe und bin sehr zufrieden. Also eine klare Weiterempfehlung für diese moderne sympathische Praxis. Ich komme mit gutem Gefühl wieder. Vielen Dank!
5 Sterne für das ganze Team! Hätte mir nicht vorstellen können einmal so gerne zum Zahnarzt zu gehen! Ohne gefühlten Zeitdruck, wird professionell auch auf schwere Vorerkrankungen und über die Zahnerkrankung hinaus auch auf den Mensch eingegangen! Vielen, vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!
Zu lange Geschlossen . Und bin sehr unzufrieden .Außerdem war Dr Schiller bei den Patienten einfühlsamer und hat sich Zeit genommen. Ich werde nicht mehr zu Ihnen kommen. Habe einen Besseren Zahnarzt gefunden.
Ich schreibe selten Lobeshymnen, aber die große fachliche Kompetenz, das volle Engagement und die Empathie, die der Zahnarzt Rolf Menge seinen Patienten zukommen lässt, verdienen einfach 5 Sterne. Vor einigen Monaten bin ich mit einer komplizierten Zahngeschichte zu ihm gewechselt. Ich habe mich jederzeit unterstützt gefühlt und das Ergebnis ist hervorragend: Ich kann wieder lächeln und zubeißen. Vielen Dank, Herr Menge!
