Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit meiner Behandlung bei Frau Nagrapske! Schon beim Betreten der Praxis fühlte ich mich willkommen – das gesamte Team ist freundlich und professionell. Frau Nagrapske selbst ist nicht nur äußerst kompetent, sondern auch einfühlsam und geduldig. Sie nimmt sich viel Zeit, um alles verständlich zu erklären, und geht auf jede meiner Fragen ein. Dank ihrer ruhigen und herzlichen Art hatte ich keinerlei Angst – im Gegenteil, ich fühlte mich jederzeit bestens aufgehoben. Die Behandlung war schmerzfrei und wurde mit größter Sorgfalt durchgeführt. Ich kann Frau Nagrapske uneingeschränkt empfehlen und bin dankbar, eine so hervorragende Zahnärztin gefunden zu haben!
Ich kann die schlechte Bewertung null nachvollziehen! Ich bin durch eine nicht gute Zahnarztbehandlung durch eine andere Praxis an Hr. Geissler und Fr. Wegner gekommen. Leider war mein Fall wirklich sehr kompliziert und trotzdem wurde mir umfassend zugehört! Es wurde gemeinsam mit mir nach Lösungsmöglichkeiten gesucht um die Schmerzen los zu werden. Es wurde wirklich ALLES getan damit mir geholfen wird. In dieser Praxis wird man als Mensch gesehen und nicht als Endabrechnung! Ich finde, dass es die beste Zahnarztpraxis hier in Hamburg ist! Von den Mitarbeitern bis zu den Ärzten und der Praxis wirklich mehr als perfekt! Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Ein sehr kompetentes und freundliches Praxisteam. Ich bin bei Frau Rust in Behandlung und sie ist eine sehr kompetente Ärztin. Erklärt stets alles was sie macht und berät einen sehr gut. Ich hatte mehrere Jahre Probleme mit dem Kiefergelenk,aber seitdem ich bin Frau Rust eine angefertigte Schiene bekommen habe,wurden die Beschwerden deutlich besser und auf ein Minimum reduziert - tolle Arbeit,bin sehr zufrieden. Auch meine Tochter ist bei Frau Rust in Behandlung und auch hier alles Bestens . Wir bleiben gerne weiterhin bei Frau Rust in Behandlung.
Als Angspatient ist jeder Zahnarztbesuch für mich eine Herausforderung. Durch Zufall landetet ich bei Frau Nathalie Rust nur zwei Tage vor Weihnachten. Mir wurde kompetent geholfen und ich wurde trotz der momentan stressigen Zeit sehr einfühlsam behandelt. Bei Frau Rust braucht man wirklich keine Angst mehr vorm Zahnarzt haben. Dazu trägt auch das gesamte Praxisteam bei. Alle versuchen einem die Angst zu nehmen und sind total lieb und freundlich. Wirklich toll. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal!
Super Zahnärzte, Super Zahnarzthelferinnen. Mir musste ein Weisheitszahn gezogen werden und ich ging mit großer Angst in diesen Termin. Die Zahnärztin und Helferinnen begneten mir mit sehr viel Mitgefühl und Ruhe. Der Zahn war dann schnell raus und gespürt habe ich fast nichts. Ein positives Zahnarzterlebnis und auch bisschen Traumabewältigung zu früheren Erlebnissen (Anderer Zahnarzt). Danke!
Mich behandelte wieder Frau Nathalie Rust. Sie ist stets auf angenehme Weise freundlich und erklärt alles, was für zu treffende Entscheidungen wichtig ist. Sie nahm sich wieder genügend Zeit für Erkundigungen nach Vorerkrankungen und (hinzugekommenen) Medikamenten. Das mir verständlich vermittelte Wissen ist für mein Bemühen um Zahngesundheit immer eine absolute Bereicherung. Auch versteht sie es, mir die generelle Angst vor zahnärztlichen Eingriffen, und seien es auch nur unangenehme Behandlungen, zu nehmen. Sie ist außerdem fair und gerecht, wenn Behandlungen aufwändiger als veranschlagt verlaufen. Nicht zuletzt vermittelt sie zwischen ihren Infos in schwierigen Zeiten Zuversicht und behält ihre gute Laune auch dann konstant bei, wenn das zeitliche Korsett enger wird. Die Resultate der Behandlungen habe ich immer als perfekt empfunden. Nie musste nachjustiert werden, ich fühlte mich stets beschwerdefrei und blieb es auch. Ich werde in Hamburg nur noch zu ihr gehen, weil ich ihr unbedenklich vertrauen kann. Das übrige Team von Herr Dr. Oliver Geissler ist durchweg sehr nett, hilfsbereit, flexibel und verständnisvoll.

Ich bin auf diese Praxis gestoßen, weil hier eine Zahnärztin (Nathalie Rust) arbeitet, bei der ich vor einigen Jahren mal in einer anderen Praxis einmalig war. Da ich vor ein paar Monaten akute Beschwerden hatte und mir in dieser anderen Praxis nicht so geholfen werden konnte, wie ich es mir erhofft hatte, habe ich Frau Rust quasi "ausfindig gemacht" und mir einfach einen Termin in der Praxis von Dr. Geissler bei ihr geben lassen, da ich sie nur in bester Erinnerung hatte. Das war eine extrem gute Entscheidung, denn es stellten sich einige Dinge bzgl. meiner Zähne heraus, die schneller Handlung bedurften und durch deren "Behebung" auch andere körperliche Wehwehchen geheilt wurden, da von den Zähnen scheinbar mehr abhängt, als man glaubt. Frau Rust hat also direkt erkannt, was bei mir akut gemacht werden muss und was vielleicht noch einen Moment warten kann, hat mich (wie ich es bereits von früher kannte) hoch professionell beraten, sich Zeit für mich genommen und mir alles genauestens erklärt. Ebenso sind die Zahnarzthelferinnen freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. (Man erinnerte sich bei meinem zweiten Besuch an meinen Namen und an meine "Krankheitsgeschichte", ohne, dass ich mich nochmal vorstellen musste, das ist schon was finde ich :).) Die Wartezeit war nicht lang, das gesamte Erscheinungsbild der Praxis ist hochwertig, modern und freundlich. Herrn Dr. Geissler habe ich noch nicht persönlich kennen gelernt, aber wenn er genauso professionell ist, wie Frau Rust und alle anderen aus dem Team, die ich kennen gelernt habe (wovon ich wirklich ausgehe), hat diese Praxis mehr als 5 Sterne verdient.
