Er nimmt sich Zeit, um mit Patienten die Lösungsvorschläge auf verständliche Weise zu besprechen. Die Behandlung erfolgt sehr gekonnt und präzise. Sie möchten ihre Zähne verlieren?
Hier ist der richtige Ort dafür!
Ich war hier zur Wurzelbehandlung und ein Jahr später bei der Kontrolle bei einem anderen Zahnarzt wurde mir bestätigt was ich vermutet hatte. Der betroffene Zahn war an beiden Wurzelkanälen entzündet und muss raus.
Das bedeutet, dass ich meinen ersten Zahn mit 31 wegen diesem Zahnarzt hier verliere. Damals noch am Elsassplatz 8 in Aachen.
Ich habe während der Behandlung eine Kiefersperre bekommen und musste kurz abbrechen. Wahrscheinlich in den Unterkiefer gebohrt, obwohl der neue Zahnarzt mir bestätigte, dass dies nicht passieren dürfe.
Klar die Ärztin war jung, aber auch völlig desorientiert und hat versucht es zu verpfuschen. Ich habe eine extrem schlechte Füllung bekommen, wie mein neuer Zahnarzt meinte. Wahrscheinlich, weil sie wusste, dass der Zahn verloren ist. Echt eine tolle Erinnerung fürs Leben.

Habe furchtbare Angst vorm Zahnarzt aber Dr Frenzel schafft es immer einem die Angst zu nehmen!
Er weiß zum Beispiel ganz genau, ob eine Betäubung nötig ist oder nicht.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Fühle mich dort sehr wohl und werde auch in Zukunft aus Stolberg dorthin fahren.
