Ich bin mehr als glücklich und zufrieden über diese Zahnärztin und ihrem Team. Sie ist kompetent, emphatisch und sehr einfühlsam. Super Praxis, man bekommt schnell Termine, das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Professionelle Zahnreinigung war klasse, tat nicht weh und ging flott! Die Praxis ist modern ausgestattet und man fühlt sich super aufgehoben! :)
Von Herzen große Empfehlung! So einem emphatischen, wohlwollenden Team merkt man die positive Stimmung ab Minute 1 an. Man fühlt sich dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Ganz besonders möchte ich mich bei der Assistenzzahnärztin Nikola Schreiner und der zahnmedizinischen Fachangestellte Sasky Zietzschmann bedanken, da sie mir zusammen meine Angst während eines Termins bei ihnen, komplett genommen haben. Einfach am Anfang kurz Bescheid geben und dann klappt das wunderbar. Auch die Behandlung an sich verlief währenddessen und danach schmerzfrei (mit Betäubung) und ich bin rundum zufrieden.
Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal, schnelle und unkomplizierte Terminvereinbarung. Mit der Behndlung (Füllung und professionelle Zahnreinigung) war ich sehr zufrieden. Ich habe in der Praxis meinen neuen Zahnarzt gefunden, nachdem mein vorheriger Zahnarzt in Rente gegangen ist.
Nach einer Wurzelkanalbehandlung 5 Sterne abzugeben spricht für sich. Obgleich ein Ergebnis medizinisch abschließend erst nach 4 Jahren bewertet werden kann, sei hervorzuheben, dass der schwer zu ertragende Schmerz der letzten Tage ab Behandlungsende sofort und spürbar verschwand. Stand heute Abend ca. sechs Stunden später gibt es keine Beschwerden mehr. Hervorzuheben ist, dass ich seit langem in Behandlung bei Frau Dr. Pratsch und Ihrem herausragenden Team bin. Bisweilen hatte ich aber nie einen derart ernsten Eingriff. Das Team kümmert sich liebevoll und fürsorglich mit Mutti-Charakter (und das meine ich uneingeschränkt positiv) um die Patienten und lassen dabei Ihre Kompetenz und Professionalität nicht auf der Strecke. Entgegen einer anderen Bewertung, die hohe Preise bemängelt, möchte ich ein anderes Bild abgeben: obgleich ich keinen direkten Preisvergleich vorgenommen habe, so weiß ich, dass Preise erst dann einen Wert ergeben, wenn man die Leistung dazu ins Verhältnis stellt. Und obgleich andere Praxen vielleicht günstiger sind, bei Dr. Pratsch und Ihrem Team habe ich das Vertrauen in eine Arbeitsweise höchster Güte. Das fängt bei Fachkompetenz an und endet nicht bei hochwertigen medizinischen Komponenten und angewandten Materialien. Gerade beim Thema Gesundheit ist ein Umdrehen jedes Groschens vielleicht das falsche Vorgehen, insofern man es sich finanziell wünschenswerter Weise erlauben kann. Mir ist bisweilen jeder Cent wert gewesen. Ein großer Dank an Frau Dr. Pratsch und ihr Team!
Absolut Empfehlenswert. Frau Dr. Pratsch ist eine ausgezeichnete Zahnärztin. Sie ist sehr verständnisvoll und sympathsich. Sie und ihr Team machen einen super Job! Weiter so!
Beste zahnärztin, die ich je hatte! Super kompetent, modernste techniken/verfahren/hilfsmittel und dazu noch ein äußerst freundliches praxisteam. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
Nettes Team aber unverschämt teuer. Nach einiger Recherche: Zahnreinigung 50 bis 100 Prozent teurer als normalerweise, Faktoren von 3,5 ohne Rechtfertigung veranschlagt, Beratungen die nicht stattgefunden haben mit bis zu 100 Euro... Ein Unding!

Tolle Ärztin Tolle Zahnarzthelferin. (Beide können sehr gut mit Kindern umgehen) Die Frau an der Rezeption hingegen finde ich unwahrscheinlich unfreundlich und patzig und inkompetent.
Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Praxis, ein tolles Team und eine wunderbare Ärztin! Die Terminvergabe klappt super und die Wartezeiten sind super kurz - top!

Auch von mir gibt es ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Frau Pratsch und ihr nettes Team. Seit über 13 Jahren bin ich bei ihr immer mal wieder in Behandlung. Diese Ärztin interessiert sich wirklich ganzheitlich für ihre Patienten. Nach voriger Ödysee durch verschiedene Zahnarzt Praxen habe ich für mich die Ärztin gefunden die mir die Angst genommen hat . Es gibt Ärzte die sind einfach berufen für das was sie tun .Vielen Dank ...und in meinen nicht immer einfachen verhalten hat sie mich trotzdem verstanden.Also an Empathie ist frau Pratsch nicht zu überbieten .Natürlich muss ich auch ihre Extreme gründliche saubere Arbeitsweise erwähnen .
