Natürlich passiert so etwas wie eine Wurzelentzündung zwischen den Feiertagen und zudem noch wenn alle anderen Zahnärzte geschlossen haben. Ich war sehr froh über die freundliche Ansage am Telefon und fuhr hin. Die Wartezeit war verständlicherweise lang. Das ich Angstpatientin bin wurde ernst genommen. Die Behandlung war zügig und sorgfältig. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Praxis. Sowohl die Sprechstundenhilfe als auch die Zahnarzthelferin und Zahnärztin waren super nett trotz Stress und Überstunden.

Die Praxis führt weiterhin eine 3G-Regelung ein, obwohl diese nicht mehr verpflichtend ist. Ich fühlte mich sehr diskriminiert , woraufhin ich dann die Praxis verlies.
Die Dame am Empfang sprach von Anfang an beim Betreten nicht sehr freundlich mit mir und es wurde auch über ein persönliches Anliegen laut im Behandlungszimmer mit der Ärztin gesprochen, so dass auch der mir fremde Patient während seiner Behandlung etwas mitbekam (die Wände sind nicht isoliert, deshalb habe selbst ich das Gespräch gehört).
Ich habe mich zuvor nie so schlecht in einer Medizinischen Praxis gefühlt , wie hier.
Ich muss mir nun eine neue Praxis suchen, was ich sehr bedauere , da die Ärztin wirklich toll ist und ich sie bisher empfohlen habe.
