Ich hatte seit Monaten Zahnschmerzen und mir konnte dort endlich geholfen werden. Auf mich als Angstpatientin wurde sehr viel Rücksicht genommen, es wurde sich Zeit genommen und der Umgang war äußerst empathisch. Zudem wirkt Dr. Ahmad sehr kompetent und ist super kinderfreundlich.
Die schlechteste Erfahrung, die ich je bei einem Zahnarzt gemacht habe. Es fehlt völlig an Seriosität und Transparenz im Umgang mit den Patienten. Auch das Personal in der Praxis wirkt unprofessionell und unorganisiert. Ich kann diese Zahnarztpraxis absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. أسوأ تجربة مررت بها عند طبيب أسنان على الإطلاق. لا يتمتع بأي مصداقية في التعامل، كما أن الممرضات الموجودات في العيادة غير مهنيات نهائيًا. بناءً على تجربتي، لا أنصح بالتعامل مع هذه العيادة إطلاقًا. The worst experience I have ever had at a dental clinic. There is a complete lack of professionalism and credibility in dealing with patients. Ich war heute zum Ziehen eines Weisheitszahns in der Praxis und bin wirklich begeistert. Als absoluter Angstpatient habe ich mich von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben und ernst genommen gefühlt. Das gesamte Team Ärztinnen, Ärzte und Helfer:innen ist ultra freundlich, ruhig und nimmt sich Zeit für alle Fragen. Mir wurde jeder Schritt erklärt, was mir extrem geholfen hat. Die Behandlung selbst war viel entspannter, als ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Eine Zahnarztpraxis, die ich definitiv weiterempfehlen kann vor allem für Angstpatienten! Vielen Dank!
Dr. Ahmed Pala ist ein hervorragender Zahnarzt. Er ist sehr kompetent und auf alle Bereiche spezialisiert – besonders auch auf Angstpatienten. Man fühlt sich bei ihm sofort gut aufgehoben und ernst genommen. Die Praxis ist modern, sehr sauber und hervorragend organisiert. Das gesamte Team ist extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell – vom Empfang bis zur Behandlung. Alles wird verständlich erklärt und man nimmt sich wirklich Zeit für die Patienten. Ich selbst bin seit längerer Zeit bei Dr. Pala in Behandlung und auch meine ganze Familie ist bei ihm. Meine Frau ist schwanger und hat während der Schwangerschaft eine sehr gute und ausführliche Beratung zum Thema Zahngesundheit erhalten, was uns viel Sicherheit gegeben hat. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können Dr. Ahmed Pala und sein gesamtes Team uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit meinem Zahnarzt Doktor Pala Ahmad in Düren-Birkesdorf. Er hat in den letzten Jahren alle meine „Zahnprobleme“ mit seiner extrem kompetenten, ruhigen und sicheren Art komplett gelöst. Die Praxis ist super modern eingerichtet und das freundliche Team hat wirklich immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Vielleicht liegt’s einfach an den strahlenden Zähnen, die sie ihren Patienten schenken 😉…?

Sehr guter Zahnarzt . Nimmt sich Zeit. Ich war vorher fast 25 Jahre bei seinem Vorgänger Dr. Sauerbier. Der ist nun in Rente. Praxis ist modern und auf den neusten technischen Stand.
