Heute hatte ich meine erste Zahnreinigung in der Praxis von Frau Dr. Rust und ich muss es sagen es war toll, und ich habe beschlossen es jetzt regelmäßig machen zu lassen weil ich keine Angst mehr haben muss. Es gab während dessen uns anschließend noch sehr hilfreiche Tipps für die Zahnpflege die sich wunderbar umsetzen lassen. Vielen Dank das sie mir die Angst genommen haben.
Hallo liebes Team, Ich war heute wieder zur Zahnreinigung und Kontrolle.Muss ein großes Lob hier lassen.Die Zahnreinigung wurde wieder toll durchgeführt.Es gab noch ein paar Tipps wie man seine Zähne noch etwas besser pflegen kann.Die Kontrolle wurde durch die fachlich und menschlich Tolle Zahnärztin(Frau Rust)durchgeführt. Es ist ein tolle Praxis/tolles Team und die Zahnärztin(Frau Rust)steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Deswegen von mir 5 Sterne und ich würde Sie immer wieder empfehlen.
Ich bin Frau Dr. Rust gemeinsam mit meinem Freund (Angstpatient) in die eigene Praxis gefolgt und kann nur gutes berichten. Ich bin super glücklich, so eine tolle, mitfühlende Zahnärztin gefunden zu haben und kann es mir auch nicht mehr anders vorstellen. Ich werde jedes Mal herzlich empfangen und außerordentlich umfangreich behandelt. Frau Dr. Rust samt Team sind absolut engagiert. Einfach nur top und zu empfehlen!

Fühle mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Dr. Rust macht einen sehr kompetenten Eindruck und erklärt gut und verständlich welche Behandlungen notwendig sind. Auch das Praxisteam ist immer freundlich. Auf Termine wartet man zwar ein wenig, vor Ort ist man aber blitzschnell und ohne Wartezeit durch, was sehr angenehm ist. Ich kann die Praxis nur empfehlen.
Frau Dr. Rust eine sehr nette und kompetente Zahnärztin. Ich fühle mich seid Jahren sehr wohl in ihren Händen. Ich kenne Frau Dr.Rust aus der vorherigen Praxis und habe mich bewusst entschieden mit “umzuziehen ". Ich hatte nie das Gefühl das sie schlecht behandelt oder mir das Geld aus der Tasche ziehen möchte. Eher im Gegenteil, sie versucht immer alles um es so kostengünstig wie möglich zu halten und den Zahn nach Möglichkeit immer zu retten! Ebenso ist die professionelle Zahnreinigung hervorragend. 🦷 Ich kann nur positiv berichten. 😊 ebenso von den netten Damen in der Praxis. Auch Notfall Termine erhält man recht schnell, wenn man vorher anruft. 📞 Alles in allem ist es eine tolle Zahnarztpraxis die auch nach dem Umbau sehr gemütlich und nicht abgehoben gestaltet ist .
Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Kontrolluntersuchung und der Zahnreinigung. Die Zahnärztin und die Helferin haben sich sehr viel Zeit genommen. Man merkt sofort, dass man in guten Händen ist. Außerdem sind alle KollegInnen super freundlich und sehr kompetent. Ich kann die Praxis mit gutem Gewissen jedem weiter empfehlen.
0 Sterne!!!neue Ärztin und Empfangsdame, die Empfangsdame hat mich morgens um 8 mit sehr starken Schmerzen weg geschickt, mit der Aussage ich müsste vorher anrufen und einen Termin machen, habe sie dsrauf hingewiesen dass ich kichts kauen kann Total unfreundlich, wenn ich anrufe bevor Sie öffnen und anfangen zu Arbeiten, wer nimmt dann ab und sagt wer kommen kann? Resultat ich bin zu einer anderen Praxis gefahren wurde direkt gerönkt Entzündet Weisheitszahn musste direkt raus. An die Praxis Rust, danke für nicht. 30 Jahre bei dem Vorgänger gewesen, nie Probleme gehabt...
die Zahnreinigung wurde sehr gründlich und professionell durchgeführt, ich bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Mir wurden dabei auch sehr hilfreiche Tipps mitgeteilt, wie ich meine Zähne in Zukunft Pflegen kann. Die Zahnärztin ist auch sehr sympathisch, so wie das ganze Team, ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Kann die neue Zahnärztin überhaupt nicht empfehlen, nachdem Sie einen Infektiösen Zahn offen gelassen hat und der Meinung war, erst die Weisheitszähne ziehen zu lassen, sonst würde Sie die Behandlung nicht Fortsetzen, musste ich 3 Tage später nach der OP in die Notaufnahme, hoher Infektionsausmaß, geschwollener Hals, antibiotikum hatte hier nicht mehr ausgereicht. Verblieb 1,5 Wochen im KH, Chirurgen waren entsetzt. Ich bin Fassungslos, dass Sie so Skrupellos war.
Es stimmt einfach alles und ich kann es absolut nur weiterempfehlen.
Ich bin Schwer endtäuscht. Ich bin seit Jahren Patient bei Herr Käcks gewesen. Ich habe immer zeitnah ein Termin bekommen als ich erwähnt habe das ich schmerzen habe, jetzt ist eine neue Zahnärztin in der Praxis und ich habe um Punkt 8 Uhr am 27.11.23 in der Praxis angerufen und wir wurde gesagt das ich erst ein Termin im Januar bekommen kann, das geht garnicht. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!KEINE EMPHELUNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OHNE WORTE Danke an die nette Dame am Telefon, die mir ein Monat später ein Termin geben wollte.
