Pour moi, c'est la meilleure pharmacie d'Eupen. Je fais même un détour quand ce n'est pas sur mon chemin et que je dois m'y rendre. Tout le personnel et Mr Mertens sont top. Herr Mertens ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter, verständnisvoller, empathischer, freundlicher und fachkundiger Apotheker. Zudem hat er auf essentielle Themen aufmerksam gemacht und mit seiner Expertise aufgefangen, die meine Ärztin nicht einmal angesprochen hat (was jedoch eindeutig zu ihrer Aufgabe gehört hätte). Nur durch ihn wusste ich was zu tun war und worauf ich wichtiges achten musste. Noch nie habe ich einen Apotheker wie ihn kennengelernt. In seinem Fokus steht das Wohlergehen der Patient*innen und nicht etwa der Profit. Genauso sollte das in der Gesundheitsbranche sein, aber leider wird das in der Praxis sehr oft nicht gelebt. Sehr gerne fahre ich aus Deutschland extra zu ihm. Ihm vertraue ich zu 100%. Vielen Dank an Herrn Mertens und sein freundliches Team.

!!!Achtung!!! Ich habe die Apotheke Mertens kontaktiert, um Agyrax zu bestellen, weil dieses Arzneimittel nicht in Deutschland erhältlich ist. Ich sollte in Vorkasse treten und 21,00 € überweisen. Da das Medikament sehr spät versendet werden sollte, habe ich die Bestellung storniert. Ein Mitarbeiter wollte mir das Geld zurück überweisen. Leider sind jetzt mehr als 2 Wochen vergangen und habe das Geld nicht zurück erhalten. Ich habe diese Apotheke mehrfach kontaktiert und darum gebeten mir das Geld zurück zu überweisen. Leider reagiert die Apotheke nicht. Aufgrund dieses unseriöse Verhalten, rate ich davon ab hier einzukaufen. Im Falle einer Stornierung scheint man auf den Kosten sitzen zu bleiben.

En outre, ici on ne me pousse jamais à acheter des produits superflus. Des pharmaciens qui ne sont sûrement pas des boutiquiers mais de vrais professionnels de la santé. Sans hésiter, je recommande cette pharmacie si vous habitez à Eupen.
