An der Rezeption wird man immer von sehr höflichen und freundlichen Menschen empfangen, die bei jeder Frage weiterhelfen. Die Zahnärzte sind wahre Profis – aufmerksam, einfühlsam und sorgfältig. Während der Behandlung erklären sie jeden Schritt, was Vertrauen und Ruhe gibt. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für den hervorragenden Service und die herzliche Atmosphäre.
Ich bin auf Empfehlung zu diesem Zahnarzt gegangen. Er wirkt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber seine Behandlungsmethoden mit Betäubung sind grausam. Er bricht gesunde Zähne, bohrt in den fehlenden Zahn, falls keiner in der Nähe ist, und dann lockert er ihn und zieht ihn heraus. Dabei spritzt er auch noch ein Entzündungsmittel in den Zahn.....Kurz gesagt: Bei der Zahnreinigung unter Narkose werden gesunde Zähne zerstört und das Zahnfleisch infiziert..
Best ever da sitz die Betäubung im 1. Versuch 😁 und er macht nur was gemacht werden muss. Mein vorheriger Zahnarzt wollte 3 Wurzelbehandlungen machen... er hat es ohne geschafft alle zu retten.
Ich bin super zufrieden. Der jüngere Zahnarzt der mit in der Praxis ist, ist einfach klasse. Hat mich über die Risiken eines Implantates aufgeklärt, er ist super freundlich und behandelt seine HelferInnen mit Respekt. Auch wenn etwas schief läuft oder man es nicht gleich versteht bleibt er ruhig und erhebt die Stimme nicht. Sehr professionell.
Als riesengroßer Angstpatient hin und als glückliche Patientin wieder raus ..Statt 1 Füllung haben wir direkt 3 gemacht und nein das hat nicht der Zahnarzt allein entschieden sondern mit mir kommuniziert weil ich wirklich gut mitgemacht habe..Herr Stefana hat mir meine große Angst vor der Betäubung und der Behandlung genommen..nur folgt die Wurzelkanalbehandlung mit der ich diesmal mit wenig Angst entgegentrete! Ich war heute in der Praxis. Die Empfangsdame Frau Salmann-Arica ist eine immer freundliche, lächelde und sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin. Die Prophylaxedame, Frau Gabriel, ist absolut Klasse, sie weiß was sie tut und meine Zähne haben sich noch nicht so sauber angefühlt, alles blitzt und blinkt. Selbstverständlich sind die anderen HelferInnen in der Praxis auch super lieb und fachlich sehr kompetent. Herr Dr. Van Sprang und seine Kollegen (Hr. Dr. Bole und Hr. Stefaner) sind fachlicher Kompetenz kaum zu übertreffen, ich gehe in die Praxis, fühle mich dort immer gut beraten und aufgehoben.
Er hat mir vor wenigen Jahren zwei Kronen verpasst und darunter Wurzelfüllungen vorgenommen. Das so schlecht, dass die Zähne nach kurzer Zeit wieder Probleme verursacht haben. Ende vom Lied, beide Zähne werden mir nun gezogen, da die Wurzelfüllungen nicht nach aktuellem Stand der Medizintechnik vorgenommen wurden.
Ich bin schon seit Jahren Patient/in in dieser Praxis und kann sie ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen! Kompetentes und sehr freundliches Team.:)
