Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich bislang sehr zufrieden mit der Behandlung und der Praxis. Die Dame von der Rezeption ist super lieb und aufmerksam. Auch bei Frau Dr. Werner fühlt man sich während der Behandlung gut aufgehoben, da sie einen aktiv am Geschehen teilhaben lässt und einen über die nächsten Schritte informiert. Die Abdrücke sind allerdings nicht so angenehm. Die letzten zwei Male habe ich von einer jungen Mitarbeiterin Abdrücke machen lassen und beide Male waren furchtbar. Viel zu ungeübt, um sie an echte Patienten zu lassen, was Abdrücke angeht. Die Masse musste mehrfach neu angerührt werden und beim Einführen und Entfernen aus dem Mund hatte ich Schmerzen, da sie mir ihre Nägel in die Lippe gedrückt hatte und die Abdruckschale verkehrt in den Mund eingeführt hat, sodass die Schale stark gegen mein Zahnfleisch gedrückt wurde. An beiden Malen. Musste mehrfach unterbrechen, da das echt nicht tragbar war. Alle anderen machen das super.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und die Einrichtung ist sauber. Die Behandlung war effektiv und ich bin mit den Ergebnissen sehr zufrieden (bin dort noch Patientin aber trotzdem).Ich würde diese Praxis jedem empfehlen:))
Ich war etwa 3 Jahre Patientin bei Herrn Dr. Steiner und bin sehr zufrieden! Großartiger Service und sehr nette Mitarbeiter! Außerdem eine sehr schöne Praxis und kurze Wartezeiten. Ich empfehle die Praxis definitiv weiter!
Gibt sich keine Mühe bei Patienten, bei denen es durch körperliche Behinderung zu kompliziert wird. Nimmt nur unkomplizierte Patienten. Darum auch die sehr kurzen Wartezeiten. Und dann wird noch hinterher behauptet ,daß meine Frau mich anlügt und ich beim Termin nicht anwesend war. Ich war anwesend und habe durch die geöffnete Tür alles mitbekommen . Und komisch ist, daß es es bei anderen Kieferorthopäden klappt! Mein Sohn ist nicht geistig, sondern körperlich beeinträchtigt.
Früher schon als Kind bei Dr Steiner gewesen. Top Arzt und auch die Mädels am Tresen sind Klasse. Immer wieder zu empfehlen ❤️
War seit knapp 10 Jahren Patientin bei Dr. Steiner und ich bin sehr froh das ich mich für seine Praxis entschieden habe. Habe in den 10 Jahren keine schlechten Erfahrungen gemacht und bin mit dem Endergebnis meiner Zähne mehr als zufrieden. Dr. Steiner hat Exzellente arbeit geleistet und ist meiner Meinung nach weiter zu empfehlen! Die Praxis ist Modern eingerichtet und bietet wohl fühl Atmosphäre. Außerdem ist das gesamte Praxis Team sehr Freundlich im Umgang mit Patienten. Wer also eine Kieferorthopädische Praxis sucht macht mit Dr. Steiner alles richtig! Großes Lob & Dankeschön an die Praxis von Dr. Steiner !!!
