GoogleTolle Ärztin, schöne und sehr aufgeräumte und saubere Praxis und ein nettes Team. Ich kann Frau Dr. Drosson uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Auch meine Kinder gehen sehr gern hier hin. Termine sind oft auch kurzfristig möglich. Und französisch kann sie auch, falls das von Interesse ist.
Super! Extraklasse! Toll! Nicht nur, dass das gesamte Team seit Jahren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit ist... Dr. Drosson ist der Knaller! Meine schwerkranke Mutter konnte kaum laufen, hat sich die 2 Stockwerke in die Praxis aber hochgekämpft mit 3 Pausen. Es wurde für solche Fälle extra ein Stuhl ins Treppenhaus gestellt. Am nächsten Tag musste die neu angepasste Zahnprothese angepasst werden. Dafür ist Frau Dr. Drosson nach unten zum Auto auf den Parkplatz gekommen und hat die "Behandlung" im Auto gemacht. Was für ein Service!! In der Praxis steht der Mensch noch an erster Stelle und nicht das Geld. Diese Zahnärztin und das Team sind mit keinem Geld der Welt zu bezahlen. Schnell, freundlich, flexibel. Was will man mehr?!
Ich bin große Angstpatientin und fühle mich in dieser Praxis gut aufgehoben. Frau Dr. Drosson und ihr Team sind extrem geduldig, einfühlsam und arbeiten sehr gründlich! Man merkt, dass das Wohl der Patient*innen an erster Stelle steht. Sehr viel Menschlichkeit , großes Engagement und Geduld. Ein dickes Dankeschön dafür , ich weiß dass es unfassbar schwer ist die Panik von Angstpatient*innen zu nehmen , bzw. damit umzugehen und trotz des Zeitdrucks ruhig und geduldig zu bleiben. Deshalb, vielen Dank.
Ich war auf Empfehlung mehrere Jahre in Behandlung bei Frau Dr. Drosson. Meist zur Kontrolle und Prophylaxe. Das war wohl nicht lukrativ genug. Ich war immer pünktlich und habe nie Termine abgesagt. Mein letzter Termin wäre an einem Montag gewesen und ich habe übers Wochenende für diesen Tag einen Arbeitstermin reinbekommen. Konnte also erst Mo Früh absagen. Es wurde mir ein Ausfallhonorar von 70 EUR berechnet und das für eine 20 minütige Prophylaxe. Einfach unverschämt. Auf meine Beschwerdemail habe ich nie eine Antwort erhalten. Von Vertrauensverhältnis keine Spur, nur Geldmacherei.
Wir sind inzwischen mit drei Generationen bei Frau Dr. Drosson und rundum zufrieden :) Tolle Zahnärztin, mega nettes Team. Wir werden über jeden Schritt informiert, alles wird besprochen und erklärt. Es wird sogar an den regelmäßigen Kontrolltermin erinnert, mega gut! Wir fühlen uns superwohl in der Praxis :)
Als Angstpatient war Frau Dr. Drosson 2012 meine letzte Chance. Heute darf ich schreiben, dass ich nicht nur meine Angst verloren sondern auch eine Vertrauensperson für meine Kids in Frau Dr. Drosson gefunden habe. Herzlichen Dank dafür!
Ich bin inzwischen mit der gesamten Familie in der Praxis von Dr.Drosson ! Das Team ist wunderbar und lässt einen komplett vergessen,daß es Zeiten gab,in denen der Besuch beim Zahnarzt unbeliebt war! Kompetente Beratung, feinfühlige Behandlung, ..ein bisschen Spass nebenbei.. !👍Ausserdem eine sehr liebevolle Kinderbehandlung! Mehr kann man nicht erwarten! Vielen Dank!Weiter so!

I have been a patient for over 2 years now after arriving in Hamburg and I can highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly and professional. The staff can speak a variety of languages and excellent in English, French and Spanish. They have a caring approach and explain well the rational of any treatment needed. My teeth and gums have never been better.
