Mein Eindruck von Frau Dr. Zimmermann war sehr sehr positiv.
Ich fühlte mich zum ersten Ma sofort verstanden und in meinem Anliegen wahrgenommen.
Nach meinem Empfinden vereinte sie inhaltliche Kompetenz mit menschlicher Empathie in besondere Weise.
Die angenehme Atmosphäre in den Räumen und bei ihr persönlich ließ mich vergessen, dass ich bei einem Arzt bin.
Das Personal ergänzte den Gesamteindruck auf sehr harmonische Weise.
Danke Frau Doktor Zimmermann, das es Sie gibt.
Warum habe ich Sie nicht früher kennengelernt aber umso mehr freue ich mich, dass ich Sie Haute kennengelernen dürfte.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle sehr nett. Die Ärztin ist auch sehr nett& erklärt alles verständlich. Leider stimmt das organisatorische nicht, Termine werden falsch notiert und Kostenvoranschläge werden Wochen lang nicht geschrieben und Rechnungen die bereits bezahlt wurden werden erneut in Rechnung gestellt. Sehr schade und passt dann leider nicht für mich.

Bei der Zahnarztpraxis von Frau Dr. Angelika Zimmer geht viel durcheinander und oft fehlt etwas. Bei meiner schriftlichen Nachfrage zu der letzten Abrechnung, es wurde ein gesunder Zahn bei der Behandlung beschädigt und führte so zu einer zweiten Teilkrohne, musste ich letztendlich auf die Hilfe der "BFS Health Finance" zurückgreifen, um nach fast 3 Monaten dann die erste Antwort von Frau Dr. A. Zimmer zu erhalten. So etwas geht für mich nicht!
