Was für eine herzliche und tolle und auch moderne Praxis. Frau Dr Frohriep ist eine Zahnärztin mit ganz viel ❤ und nimmt sich immer viel Zeit. Nichts wird überstürzt, alles wird ausfürlich besprochen. Nicht zu vergessen die gute Seele im Haus, die liebe Kristin. Meine Frau hat totale Panik vorm Zahnarzt und erst bei Frau Dr Frohriep und Kristin hat sie vertrauen aufbauen können und übersteht heute auch lange Sitzungen. Diese Praxis können meine Frau und ich nur bestens und aus vollen Herzen empfehlen. Wenn wir könnten, hätte diese Zahnarztpraxis 10 Sterne verdient. hier geht es leider hauptsächlich nicht um ihre Zähne sondern ums Geld.. als ich wiederholte dass ich die gesetzliche Füllung haben wollte, ging Frau Frohriep raus.. die Assistentin schickte mir nach Hause (Dr Frohriep fühlte sich plötzlich nicht gut..) , Sie wollten sich bei mir melden was natürlich nie geschah..
Großartige Praxis, großartiges Praxisteam. Kompetent, ruhig, einfühlsam und engagiert, war in meinem Leben noch nicht besser zahnärztlich versorgt. 5/5
Ich bin hier wirklich gerne Patientin. Die Praxis ist sehr gepflegt und strahlt eine ruhige Atmosphäre aus. Das Team ist sehr lieb, vorsichtig und kompetent. Die Beratung ist super und genau. Auch die Behandlungen liefen bis jetzt alle einwandfrei. Hier wird nicht (wie in vielen anderen Praxen) Profitorientiert gearbeitet. Ich hatte noch nie das Gefühl das mir etwas angedreht wird. Hier steht der Mensch und die Gesundheit im Vordergrund. Danke das Ihr da seid.
Absolut zentrale Lage, helle (und - natürlich saubere) Praxis - aber das derzeitige (Dream) Team stellt für uns alle anderen Vorzüge in den Schatten. Wenn wir einen Termin benötigen, wird grundsätzlich versucht, diesen kurzfristig zu ermöglichen (was natürlich aber nicht immer geht). Unsere Erfahrung: Termin = kurze Wartezeit. Hier gab und gibt es Zeit für Auf- und Erklärungen, für das Für & Wider und auch mal ein kurzes persönliches Gespräch. Wir fühlen uns hier als Patient ernst- und wahrgenommen, einfach „aufgehoben“. Ich gehe seit über 5 Jahren zu Frau Dr. Frohriep und ihrem Team. Ich habe durch viele Umzüge schon viele Zahnarztpraxen besucht und diese ist mit Abstand die beste. Zum einen ist das Team fachlich wirklich hervorragend, die Wartezeiten sind kurz und bei Notfällen findet sich immer ein schneller Termin. Was ich aber auch wirklich sehr schätze: Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Zahnärzten bin ich hier Patient um den sich das Team kümmert und nicht einfach eine Einnahmequelle. Mir wurde in der Praxis Dr. Frohriep noch nie versucht, etwas besonders teures zu verkaufen, ich habe immer verschiedene Behandlungslösungen mit allen Pros und Contras genannt bekommen und konnte mich dann entscheiden. Fünf Sterne verdient für Service, Freundlichkeit und Fachwissen!
Ich bin ein wiederholter Patient in dieser Zahnarztpraxis und hätte enorme Schmerzen, weil mein Zahn ein wenig abgebrochen war und sehr scharf wurde, so dass meine Zunge blutete. Ich bat um einen dringenden Termin (es dauert nicht mehr als 2 Mn), doch die Antwort war, der nächste Termin wird in 4 Wochen sein!!! Danke und macht weiter so.
Ein wundervolles Team! Ich hatte schreckliche Angst seit Jahren vor dem Zahnarzt. Bis meine Schwester mir die Praxis von Frau Frohiep empfohlen hat. Und was soll ich sagen? Sie nahm mir die Angst direkt beim ersten Zahnarztbesuch in ihrer Praxis. So das ich freiwillig und ohne Angst und ohne zitternen Körper zum Zahnarzt gehe. Es sind alle da freundlich und lieb. Ich kann die Zahnarztpraxis nur empfehlen.
