Die Terminvergabe funktioniert immer reibungslos, es gibt kaum Wartezeiten und die Atmosphäre in der Praxis ist angenehm und entspannt. Herr Mouratoglou arbeitet äußerst präzise und erklärt jeden Schritt verständlich. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Qualität und Patientenwohl im Vordergrund stehen. Zudem hat er auch eine sehr leichte Hand und man spürt die eigentlich „unangenehmen“ Spritzen bei ihm kaum. ☺️

Die beiden Ärzte gehen super auf meine Ängste ein und finden immer einen Weg, mir die Nervosität zu nehmen. Ich bin schon lange hier in Behandlung und werde der Praxis treu bleiben. Das Team ist hochprofessionell, sehr freundlich und bringt einen immer zum Lächeln. Absolute Empfehlung für jeden, besonders für diejenigen, die eigentlich Angst vor dem Zahnarzt haben! 1. Die Praxis ist sehr modern und man fühlt direkt sehr wohl. 2. Die Ärzte sind sehr kompetent und machen ihre Arbeit sehr gut. Ich hatte einige Behandlungen und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Der Umgang mit Kund*innen ist sehr angenehm. Diese Praxis kann ich allen nur weiterempfehlen!
Ich musste den Notdienst am Samstagnachmittag in Anspruch nehmen. Die Praxis ist super modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles weiß. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich, ich musste nicht warten. Dr. Mouratoglu hat mich sehr nett und nach meiner Einschätzung kompetent und angemessen behandelt, so dass ich anschließend wusste, wie es weitergehen sollte. Ich kann die Praxis sehr empfehlen.
Ich war zunächst nur für eine zweite Meinung dort. Fühlte mich aber aber der ersten Sekunde sehr wohl und bin direkt geblieben. Der Doc und sein Team sind wirklich sehr nett. Hier wird einem nichts angedreht, was auch nicht nötig ist. Die ersten zwei Behandlungen liegen hinter mir und ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden.
